They damaged my sprinkler system, they sent an "independent " sprinkler company. The gentleman they sent said to water 5 min twice a day! When watering normally the water would flood the street, that never happened before. The front yard sod is mainly ok but there are areas that are not doing well. The big problem is in my backyard due to the fact that their tiller quit working in the back, so they resorted to shoveling sod which was clay, and did not add any dirt most of my backyard will have to be redone. I've been trying to get this resolved, but have been blocked from one number and completely ignored on the other number I had. I had another company look at the work and they said they didn't put enough djet down. I hope I don't need to have everything redone. I paid $5600 for this! I will be pursuing legal action. This grass was installed in lat April 2026.

They only do my area of town, which is a populous part of Irving, once a week. So if my day gets missed, they don't want to reschedule for a week. There are internal communication issues there, if you talk to one person, that might not get communicated to the scheduler, and your property gets missed, then they won't want to reschedule until next week on your day. It's all getting too inconvenient to stay with the company as a customer. Hope this helps current and prospective customers with decisions.

They charged me 1900.00 to treat with quarterly follow ups. 3 months later they wanted to come out and do complete pest control $190.00. I called to let them know that I did not want pest control and could not afford it. They still came out did what they called yard pest control ,debited my account for $193.01. I had to call and speak with several people before I got my money refunded. Manager Reese Cantrell advised me if I didn't do additional pest control they would not be doing follow ups. But they already have my $1900. This is just another company taking advantage of another senior citizen. I have since spoken with several people who have had bedbug treatments for between $600.00 and $800.00. When the salesman saw a female senior citizen using a cane to walk with he took fill advantage of me.

I've had them schedule appointments with me and then cancel or not show up or be late. After the initial service they asked me if I wanted like a quarterly service (like insurance basically) just in case anything additional happened they would come back at "no additional charge" and I made sure to ask them the date range this would cover. Any time I had issues I'd call them within this date range. The last time I called them they tried to charge me claiming it fell within the next month, etc... but it was still under the date range they gave me and they tried to justify it with a convoluted explanation like "oh well you are covered but you still have to pay for the next quarter, etc..." like what? I only needed the first quarter. I obviously didn't want it for the full year (who needs something like that for a full year!?!?) and I mentioned that to them and they claim someone else who I never heard of signed a year contract on my behalf... etc... Long story short, every month they send me a bill (wasting paper) to try and get that last $75 from me. They've done this for over 2 years now. And now they've moved onto calling me. I tried calling back a few times and finally they called me when I wasn't busy. Annoy me all you want, I'm not paying what was incorrectly charged. SCAMMERS. I really didn't want to leave a bad review and just let it go initially but since ABC is really trying to harass me over $70 that was incorrectly charged then yes I am going to leave this review. Also about a year later I started having issues again and had another company come and take a look and they told me that ABC didn't even do a number of things they had promised to do.
