S&P Tree Service is hands down the best company we've ever worked with, and I don't mean just tree companies, I mean out of any company, ever. My husband and I bought a home that had been neglected for years; you could barely see it from the street, there were huge Cottonwood trees towering over the back of the house that weren't healthy and posed a danger to not only our home, but to our neighbors, and there were shrubs and trees too close to the home that were impacting the foundation and resting on the roof, it was a jungle (before & after photos below). Because of the severity and height of the Cottonwood trees, and the fact that they towered over our home, our neighbor's fence, and two neighboring properties, to say I was nervous about choosing the right company was an understatement. We had 7 companies come look at our property and give bids, but we could tell S&P Tree Service was the best for the job. I inquired online, Jesse called me back almost immediately, and he went out the very next day to take a look at our property. When he explained what he'd seen and what the job would consist of he was detailed and professional, a clear expert on the subject, and on top of that he was extremely kind (something I absolutely would not say about some of the other local companies we interacted with who claimed to be "the best"). On top of that, the estimate he gave us was beyond reasonable. We decided to move forward with S&P and Jesse got us on the schedule for the following week. A day later I noticed rain on the forecast for the days we had scheduled and I reached out to Jesse to express my concern. He rescheduled us and had his team come out the very next day to get the job done. Jesse arrived at the site early and the entire crew was punctual. We did a walk around with Jesse before the work began to confirm everything we wanted removed and trimmed and then the work began. The crew spent a day and a half working on our property and they were exceptional. This project called for the best, and they really were. They carefully and expertly took down the dangerous cottonwoods (and somehow made sure not a single stick fell onto any of the neighboring properties), they removed every single tree and shrub we had asked them too, they perfectly trimmed the trees we wanted trimmed so they no longer leaned against our roof, AND they even carefully and thoroughly cleared the roof of leaves and pollen when the job was done. When they left the lawn was mowed, the leaves were raked and removed from the driveway and lawn, and not a single thing was left out of place. We were blown away by what they had accomplished, they exceeded our expectations tenfold. If we ever need a tree service again, they are the ONLY company we will call. Vicki B - Cedar Hill I was in need of pruning for my Bradford Pear about 10 years ago. The services that I reached out to did not want my business because I only had 1 tree. When I contacted S&P Tree Service Jesse came right out. He was very informative and knowledgeable about our Bradford. He quoted me a reasonable price to lift the canopy, and I was very satisfied with work. They have been the only service to help us maintain Bradford. Well today we had to say goodbye to our tree. Straight line winds laid it to rest on our house. I sent pictures to Jesse and within 3 hours Laura from their office had us an invoice and they were on the job. They got the tree off the house and cut down to the stump in no time. They cleaned up and hauled off everything. S & P Tree Service the only tree guys I will ever call. I have user several Tree services in the past. I knew I need more expertise than ever. They removes a 25 year old 60 foot tall 4 foot diameter Red Oak tree for me. I was sad to see it go, but it was too close to my garage and the neighbor's house. It was diseased and subject falling in the near future. There was underground sprinkler lines and electrical issues to work around. They were amazing. They have the best tools, training, and people in the business. Safety is #1. I spent all day watching the crew (TEAM) do their thing. It was the best show in town. I pulled up to my home on a Friday afternoon after work to see 1/4 of my Bradford Pear tree in m driveway. immediately called S&P from a previous quote was given to cut down tree. They were very prompt in coming out same day to remove from my driveway. They quoted me a good price and came out the next day with removed the tree and stump. They were very professional and even cleaned up after the job. Would definitely recommend they are professional, fair pricing, and very prompt with coming out. I needed my tall tress trimmed and called SP Tree Service. They came out when I requested to give me a quote. They were reasonable and very efficient. My yard looks fantastic. They did exactly what we agreed to and for the amount we agreed. They did not ask for payment up front but wanted to make sure I was happy before they sent me the invoice. So many times there are companies that are less than up and up. But I highly recommend SP Tree. It is almost a shame that we only need trees trimmed every few years or so. read more

S & P Tree Service just trimmed 10 big trees and removed 1 tree in my yard. Did a wonderful job! They discovered one very tall tree in my backyard that needed to be removed. It had several very deep cracks in the upper heavy forks and was positioned to fall in the direction of my fence and the neighbors storage building and possibly another neighbors big fancy RV. So glad they discovered before some real damage happened to anyone or their property. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. read more

I have had the greatest group of guys at my house this morning. SP Tree Service is a God Send!!! They cut down my 40 yr old Maple, mulched the tree, ground the stump, removed the roots and cleaned up so perfectly that if you didn't know a tree had been there you would never believe it.
