We were here to buy a lord Ganesha pendant. They have a lot of designs and varities which they displayed in front of us. We really loved the one that we picked. Perfectly crafted and well designed just as we wanted to be. They gave a nice discounted price on the item. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and patient with us throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and helped us in choosing something we absolutely loved. Ask for Kashmira, she is very helpful and very patient in showing around all the collections. The place is maintained very clean and neat. Ample free parking in front of the store. I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I bought a gold (3 piece layered together) bracelet online and in less than a month it came apart! They do not stand behind their work- they would not pay for fixing it. Would not buy from them again. have not had this experience from other reputable jewelers such as Malani or Bhindi. Today I had gone there to buy a jewelry set, however, I was disappointed with some of the staff. I had gone there to hopefully buy something but the staff there had been rude to me when I wanted to know the price of something. They had thought I wasn't going to actually buy it as they had laughed at me. At that point, I knew I did not want to do business with someone who acts like that towards their customers. Went looking for a pendant at three of the jewelry stores in the plaza. The other two had limited selection but the salesperson at Zaveri listened to what I was looking for and after showing me what she had in her showcase asked if I would wait so she could look in the vault to see if there was anything there that fit my request. She came back with a lot of other pendants and I was able to find the one that suited my needs. She really went out of her way to satisfy her customer.
