Been going here forever and was told $17 for a salad and medium drink. ( it was actually $14, used to be $11) The staff isn't kind to the drive thru I asked them if their prices have gone up and she ignored me and when I asked again she seemed annoyed I asked. Ordered Fried and buffalo'd and 3/4's of the chicken didn't have any sauce on it. I got a birthday thing in the mail for a free nibbler. I don't eat chicken, but I figured my wife could have it. Last night, we went and I gave it to her. Now I regret it. She has Salmonella now, has to miss a psychiatrist appointment, has to miss a counseling session and a group therapy session, and is just all around miserable. I went to this zaxbys for probably the 15th time in the last year today and ordered the big zax snack as usual. In lieu of the soft drink that comes with the meal, I ordered an ice water. No matter how much you check the order and verify in the Drive-thru they never get it correct. This last visit the Manager in Charge was more interested in hitting on one of the employees than checking the order for accuracy even after I corrected him at the window before paying. When I returned for the missing items he insisted I return everything for a remake and would not even offer to refund me the missed items. He would not provide the # for his manager or the owner either. Regardless of them being the closest to where I live, I will now drive further to another Zaxby when I have the craving. Never returning to this location. Especially during COVID since they can't even wear masks correctly (they go over the noise not under it and exposing the noise). read more

When I called to discuss this recurring issue with the manager, he did nothing to resolve this situation and "victim blamed". Today me and my girlfriend decided to grab a quick bite at zaxbys, we went through the dive-thru. Even though we got our food in a timely manner, there were some problems with our order. I asked for ranch dressing with my 6 piece chicken plate and got zax sauce instead and a 5 piece chicken plate. My girlfriends salad had a VERY LONG HAIR in it. She asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened instead. There were a decent amount of people there so I can understand the confusion with the drinks. BUT A HAIR?!? That's just unsanitary and careless. This particular location has gone downhill in the last year. They NEVER get my order correct. I work at a school, nearby with about 30 employees and we eat here everyday but today was the last straw. I ordered grilled chicken on my "Zalad" and asked for wimpy sauce. The girl at the drive thru said they had put Tongue Torch sauce on my chicken instead of wimpy but they would fix it. literally 30 seconds later she was handing it to me and I noticed a smirk. I got back to work and once again, the sauce was anything BUT wimpy. It was so hot I couldn't eat it. ANd it wasn't the first time. Almost everytime I have ordered it, it has literally been too hot to eat. AND I used to not mind paying a little more for the zalads because they had the better types of lettuce but I have noticed that they are using more and more iceberg lettuce in the zalads.
