This is now the second time I've used the app and had issues with my order being incorrect, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead for convenience. The restaurant appeared to be fully staffed, so it seemed more like a lack of organization and attention to detail than being overwhelmed. It's frustrating to spend money and time expecting your order to be right, only to end up disappointed again.
