Run-of-the-mill chick - fil - A. I've been there multiple times on my way from Illinois to Florida and back. All the food is always good, Services always friendly, the problem is sometimes they forget my food. It's also very busy there so I don't wanna pull up and spend five minutes riffling through my bags to make sure that I have everything because it's just like being on the highway everybody in the car behind you are right up your butt looking for you to hurry up out of the parking lot and onto the street. So prices are modest, service is good , Food is fine, but the weight staff sometimes in their rush to provide service, overlooks food items which is extremely disappointing and has happened on multiple occasions. Still I usually stay at the same hotel part way down to my destination so this is a good 2/3 of the way stop when coming down . So I will probably continue to patronize it. read more

Hands down the best chick fil a in this area. They had forgotten an order of fries from my bag yesterday, simply gave them a phone call and boom, replaced. Went by and got it today! So good. Score I asked for a chicken sandwich no pickles to try. And got extra pickles, jokes on them because I love pickles (score that I didn't get charged for them), maybe someone did that to be spiteful because they had to take the time for this order. If so, they really need to chill with their pettiness and find some happiness. If there was a customer that didn't love pickles I also agree with another reviewer of management needing to step up. Back then the drive thru communication felt more welcoming. Once again I do a mobile drive thru order. I sat for about 12 minutes and I was the only one in the mobile line. There were no joke about 15 cars that went thru and ordered after ii was in line. Can you please explain to me why you have the mobile drive thru and it's suppose to be easy and faster and that is not been the true. I have witnessed this multiple times. The mobile line sets and waits while regular line goes right on thru. Do they not have anyone that is just dedicated to that line. Please explain how this is suppose to work and the pros of it! When I walked a bunch of kids baseball little league just arrived. So, it was packed like I have never seen before. I had to go wash my hands. When I got back out to place my order, the lines had gone down. The managers called for someone at every register just while I was in the restroom for a few minutes. So, as far as customer service is concerned, they are really organized here from what I seen. I attribute this to very good smart manages. Menu items ordered: Deluxe Chicken Filet Sandwich, French Fries and Lemonade. My favorite sandwich is the chick filet. It comes with white meat and breading that cooked to perfection. I got mine with tomato, lettuce and cheese. I also add one package of mustard and mayonnaise for an unbelievable taste. French fries I just add ketchup to them. The lemonade is the best in the world at these restaurants where ever you are. read more

My review is solely based on comparing one Chick-fil-a to another. I've only been to one other Chick-fil-a that had comparable service. The people here are very friendly. They go out of their way to serve you. They are very accommodating. Even when they are very busy, they smile and look happy to be there. The place is very clean and well organized. It's easy for a place like this to be dirty, but here they make sure it's nice and clean. The food is good. It's comparable to other Chick-fil-a locations. It's on one fast food weakness. read more

This is the first Chick-fil-A I ever been to in my whole life, and now I know what the hype is about! Mind you, I am NOT a fast food eater at all other than my Chipotle and Panera salads. McD's, BKing and all those are at the absolute bottom of my go-to if I'm lookin for food. I live out in the Northwest where if you say "Chick-fil-A" it sounds like an exotic alternative street band of musicians in Portland. None of these Chick-fil-As out there. Though, I've had a lot of my southern friends RAVE about it so we just had to give it out while on a cross country road trip from GA back to the west coast waitin for our truck to cool down. They are so fast here, our order was being called before we even had time to stash the receipt in our pocket. Now when we got here, this place was SLAMMIN busy - there was even an entire bus full of high school field trip students swarming almost every table at 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon...but they were QUICK and attentive to spot me amongst the crowds as I shyly approached the counter hopin' for another salad dressing packet. Not to mention, there were at least 4-5 manager, assistant manager, district-like managers or just people who looked important out there wiping down the tables and valeting your food trays like I just ate a $300 dinner in Boston. The only thing they didn't do was come around with a fancy pepper grinder. Now about that food OMG Chick-fil-A you made me a believer in fast food again. I got a southwest grilled chicken salad which tasted super fresh! But my husband, oh, he got those amazing chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich, and one bite of those made me ditch my low carb lifestyle forever. The drive thru is ridiculous. One worker outside pretty much told me I didn't know how to read because I didn't see the directional sign right away. And then the tater tots were the greasiest I've ever had. AND my tea lid wasn't on all the way so when I went to drink out of the straw the tea poured into my lap and into my seat. Recent work vacation trip had me traveling to East Tennessee and due to some scheduling changes I elected to stop at this location in bright and early in the morning for breakfast. I have stopping this restaurant several times for lunch with work colleagues and as well as for an early dinner. As other commentators have noted parking is very limited and I was amazed at how full the parking lot was in relationship to the number of customers in the restaurant. This location as well as a number of their other restaurants have que system to place your order. I waited in line placed my order for two sausage and egg biscuits along with a cup of coffee and container of orange juice. I was given one of their plastic tent cards and they told me they would bring my food out in a short. Of time which they did. Unfortunately there was more cheese on the wrapper then on the same which itself and this was repeated on the second sandwich is well okay I'll strike the egg cheese sausage biscuit combo from any future orders. I proceeded to walk back up to the front counter to get a refill on my cup of coffee I chose to add cream to it early and then went to the counter. I made eye contact several times with the food bagger this is the person who either replaces your food in a paper bag for carry out drive-thru on a plastic tray. My guess is her job description even though there weren't any active orders is to ignore all the customers at the front counter. The other two front counter representatives were busy taking orders and I just proceeded to wait in line. The person who delivers the food to customers seated in the restaurant made several trips with full trays of food out to the customer and acknowledged me and asked me what I wanted. I proceeded to ask for my cup to be refilled and disappeared over behind the wall to the drive-thru area and came back with my cup of coffee proximately half full I looked at the individual and said can I least get the cup filled up again disappeared this time coming back with a couple proximately three-quarters of the way full. Unfortunately I did not catch her name or anybody else's name but the name tag indicated that this individual was a part of the management team. Unfortunately I left my cell phone in the car charging otherwise I would have attached pictures of my sandwiches and I'm also not going to couple stores off for the cleanliness of the restaurant which I thought was subpar. The restroom was in need of service as well. I'm removing in this restaurant off my go-to list and I'll stop up at the street at the golden arches from here on out. read more

I LOVE CFA, but I'm compelled to write this review in hopes this store will examine their customer service. An order was placed for a chicken nuggets tray that totaled $54. It was scheduled for a 10am pickup. The restaurant was very busy with a long line of customers. After approaching the pick up area I was told I would have to get in line for an order that had already been placed DAYS prior. I said I didn't have time to wait in the line that was the reason for a pick up time. I was told by 2 employees, one being a manager that I broke in line and they wanted to treat all customers the same. While I appreciate the concern for all customers, the others had not planned ahead and ordered a specific pick up time. So don't make me feel guilty or shame me for doing what was instructed when ordered!! Yes, your product is outstanding, however, your customer service is lacking! read more
