I stopped in on my way from Atlanta to Tennessee. Typically most fast food is the same from store to store with the occasional mishap, store setup, experience or cleanliness factor. But there was something about this location that caught my eye enough to write a review. Sure, it's at a busier stop off from the highway but that is to be expected. People are hungry and need a pit stop both locally or passing through. The store was very clean.. both dining area and bathrooms. The staff was quick and super kind. Fast food. Great service. The gentleman that took my order was super happy and seemed to be enjoying his job this day. Which made for a positive experience for everyone in line. Maybe it's because I'm from Florida and we don't see this often but the one thing that caught my eye that was extra special what is the sitting area. It had a fireplace! A cute cozy corner to enjoy you food with warm comfort. Us Floridians don't see this in our stores much. All and all it was a great experience and a pleasant quick stop for a break and meal. read more

This restaurant is bad. Believe the reviews!!! My family & I stopped on the way back from north Tennessee The restroom was disgusting. My mom told the girl at the counter that the toilet was full and would not flush. She just looked at her...like she didn't comprehend. She didn't say a thing. My mom just walked away. Lucky girl. Also, while we were there, another family was struggling with the kiosk. They asked for help and the same rude girl just told them to keep trying. It has been messing up. We opted for the drive thru, but it was very slow to get a frosty and fries. At least the girl at the window had more customer service training. read more

I ordered a biggie bag with a double cheeseburger chicken nuggets and a drink. Did not get a single item that I ordered. Noticing this Wendy's has 2 stars and it's a miracle whoever is behind this still has a job. Seriously how miserable do you have to be to mess this up. I'd rather you spat in my burger. read more

Men's and women's bathrooms so filthy we left buying nothing. Would not want to know the state of the kitchen.

I arrived from the airport later at night, and I was staying at the Econo Lodge hotel, the only place nearby to eat something was Wendy's and I placed the order to pick up. But when I got to the place I was outside behind the window, inside they were looking at what was outside and after 17 min in the cold (26 Fahrenheit? they assist me and tell me that they were close to closing and that i only pick up by car. my first time in this city. first night, I explained that I didn't have time to rent a car cuz it was very late (11:46 pm) and they didn't care, they told me that at that time wouldn't do anything without me having a car. Bad attitude, bad education, bad costumer service. this place is a trash. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I came through the drive-thru at 10:52am. I was literally the only car in the drive-thru. i only ordered two combos and they left the fries off of one of them. The two combos cost me 17.67. The price alone is enough to piss you off. I agreed to the price, but not to the crappy service. This is not the first time this place has ripped me off. I blame myself mostly for not checking my order before I left and continuing to give that place my business. i will never go back and I warn all of you reading this to check your bag before you leave. Go up to the next exit the Walnut Ave exit and spend your money there. it has more restaurants and are less likely to screw you over. read more

Went to Wendy's on Glenwood Avenue in Dalton no other customers at all. Went through the drive thru sat there for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order noone ever came on the speaker so I finally said hello and they eventually answere. I ordered a medium chocolate frosty was told they didn't have any. How does Wendy's not have Frostys since they're popular for that item. read more

the service here is complete shit. they close before the time they are suppose to and they do not open the time they are suppose to. I have went and seen employees circled around at the drive through window while open and see people at the drive through and just sit there laughing instead of saying it's even closed. very terrible service and management. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I only went through the drive through here and although there were no issues with our order or experience, there was nothing that really anything extra to add to the experience. The food was served correctly and at great temperature. We used a coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich, but with a sandwich costing $6.50, I would say I likely would not visit too often without one. I did notice a new menu format that was great to visually navigate. All in all, would come back here if in the area. read more

I I work in customer service and I must say their customer service is sorely lacking. Not only were the cashiers rude but I was given cold food. Being in the rush that I was I didn't mind Luke warm food until I found this bunch of cotton it looked like in with my fries! When I brought it back to show the cashier all she managed to say was will that be all. So now I'm frustrated, hungry, and late for work. I will never come back. I'd rather drive 30 minutes home then to drive seven minutes down the street to their establishment. read more

You might want to reserve 30-40 minutes to get your meal at this Wendy's. It is pretty obvious that they are way understaffed, undertrained, or both. They have trouble distinguishing take out from eat in orders and cleanliness is also a problem. Pass this one up. read more

All the food is hot fresh and made as you order how you want it.Has a big screen tv to watch sports or news and if you want to change channel just ask and they do it.Its a cheap way of having a good meal with the 4 for 4 it fills you up. read more

This Wendy's was very nice - clean, had a pleasant atmosphere, spotless bathrooms (always a plus on a road trip). One star is too many for this review. I was ordering dinner to bring to my sisters for her son and the both of us. I ordered two 4 for $4 meals. I ordered one sandwich plain for my nephew, it came out with mustard and ketchup. I ordered mine with only lettuce and tomato and it came out with pickle and onion. The woman who took my order kept cutting me off and being rude. When she handed me my food and through the window I asked if she heard my modification of the sandwiches and she sighed and closed the window. There's no need to be rude when you're getting paid to do your job. I work in food service and would NEVER behave that unpleasantly. read more
