Ordered lunch for my coworkers and I, 3 meals in total. Set it for pickup and was told to wait in parking spot 1. 25 minutes go by without any contact, so we called to ask if there was an issue with our order. The food was promptly brought out, but it had been sitting on the counter the entire time, so the sandwiches were soggy, the fries were cold, and the ice in our drinks was melted. Purchase was made with our company card as a reward for reaching our goals at work, so we had no option to refund. We are very disappointed that cooking new meals or even just reheating our food was not offered. I'd recommend going to the Taco Bell across the street instead. Food is pretty good, cooked right and didn't take too long. We did the online order and got a couple wings and things. They were out of sweet tea and we had to get something else but overall it was a good experience. I have been there twice and ordered the fried pickles and have not received them. The rest of the order was ok, but no pickles.

This is by far the worst zaxbys I've ever been to. Absolutely no part of my order was correct...I ordered a fried house salad and a basket of fries extra crispy. I got a Cobb salad with a chicken fillet on it...no dressing...the tomatoes and cucumbers were literally so big I couldn't grab them with the plastic fork...the boiled egg was a whole boiled egg not cut up at all. The fries which I ate first were soggy and also only a side order not the basket that I paid for. The $17 lunch I paid for was absolutely disgusting and I will not be coming back and suggest nobody else come either. The only correct part of my entire order is the drink that I filled myself. read more

We stopped here on our way through town driving a truck. The food was hot and fresh. Chicken crispy, not soggy like it had been sitting around. Staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Restaurant was very clean. Even the bathrooms! Will stop in on our way back through. read more

More often than not my drive through order is wrong. The staff is nice but the cooks are sloppy and playful. Recently I went inside to order. There were 7 staff in the back. The cashier had no help. I saw the same guy who was handling the garbage outback immediately inside with the cook. It took a very long time to get my food and once it came out my salad was not made correctly. The salad prep lady made it again but moved slowly like she was in no rush. Customers had to wait too long due to lack of staff cooperation. Also , the manger tried to be kind to a slow employee but it is not good human resource policy to openly talk about an employee to her mother especially when customers can overhear the conversation. Maybe the employee is mentally retarded or depressed but deal with it in private. Recently my husband and I had to go grilled chicken sandwiches. They were charred black on 2 occasions and the buns were hard. Also we were missing a sandwich and got a cold slaw instead. Usually the manager addresses our complaints quickly but the immature staff should prepare the food correctly to begin with. Salads are usually good if they are prepared as described in menu and all ingredients are added. The girl that looks like Hallie Berry is nice. Funny but true. read more

Have gotten the regular chicken plates a couple of times and chicken is to salty with zax sauce. Cut down on the salt and plate would be good. read more
