I meant to say this in my review before, so I'm editing this one, but this is the first Zaxby's I've ever been to, starting when it first opened. I love Zaxby's in general, but... This location has gone downhill. Messed up orders, hour-long wait times, you name it. Last time I contacted the customer satisfaction people, all I got was a BOGO for something I don't like. Today, it was both. They just finished a remodel so we came to eat. First thing I noticed was the machine with all the flavors was gone and replaced with a standard machine with 8 or so choices... truly disappointed. We waited forever to order and I used a rewards for a free quesadilla then we waited 20 minutes or so to get our food. The quesadilla was forgotten and took 20 minutes more to get that. Then, come to find out, they took our order wrong and I got boneless instead of traditional wings. At this point, I just wanted to eat and leave. I will probably not come to this location for a while. It was super dirty for being freshly remodeled, the crew was disorganized and bumbling around and there was already an issue with the replacement drink machine and 2 of the nozzles didn't work. read more

With a dozen people working, we were shocked be the delay in our order. Waited over 30 minutes for food while staff prioritized others. Learned the process is now to first fill drive thru, then delivery services such as Grub Hub, then smaller orders, and last bigger orders. My wife, I, and three kids were in the last group. Staff had no remorse, just excuses and rude behavior. Gentleman before me just gave up and asked for his money back. Avoid them at all cost. read more

They weren't prepared for the dinner rush. We chose to eat inside. When our food was ready, they put it on counter but never called our name. The tables were all filthy. We had to wipe down our table before we could eat. I won't be going back. read more

Too bad there are not NEGATIVE stars. I ordered through doordash and it was COLD... inedible. Period. Called Zaxby's and was told it was not their problem. I call DoorDash and they blamed the restaurant. I called back 4 times and finally got a full refund. They will never get my business again. read more

The staff at this location, especially the drive through, are consistently rude and have been for a few years. I would strike it up to one employee if it wasn't som consistent. They are short, snippy, and don't like additional questions. The food is thrust at you from the window. Consistently rude. Consistently poor customer service. Not good. read more

I have tried this zaxbys a few times in the past year. every time it is awful. Today there was no line and I ordered a meal, they handed it to me as soon as I pulled around. the food was cold and soggy as I figured. They don't have their dinning room open, so dealing with less work but still producing awful food. it's a shame I have to wait until I go a few towns over to get zaxbys, due to the nasty conditions of the food they serve. read more

Tried to add a lg fry on at the window onto My very expensive order and they refused and made me drive back around and sit in the long line, again. Nice way to end a long day. Won't be spending that much money there again. read more

RUDE. my sister got the nibbler meal & went up to the counter to ask (buy) zaxbys sauce and th girl said oh it doesn't come with that you need to pay for it... my sister said I am. well she got her sauce came back to the table. I started eating and there was a hair cooked into my chicken so I walked up there told them polit and this girl looked at the other girl and said see told you it would be something else with those white girls. read more

Consider letting the chicken finished cooking. I and many other people don't like half cooked food. Why in a rush? This one used to be amazing now everytime I eat there I wonder if the chicken is done or not because this isn't a one time thing! read more

Food is fresh and tasty. Manager and drive through cashier on evening shift were rude and choppy for asking for additional paid for items.I hope franchise owner can address this concern. This is my favorite location. I would hate to see it lose business due to current evening management. read more

Love the House Grilled Chicken Zalad. The chicken is seasoned just right and very tender.

Went through the drive through July 7, 2020 @ around 8:15 pm and they forgot part of my order and when I called to let them know, the manager Niesha (I don't know if that's how you spell it (Nesha) was Very accommodating. She was professional and nice and not only fixed my issue but overcompensated. It's managers such as she that make this industry good. When I worked at this location it was halfway decent. I scolded a manager, now fired for stealing, for breaking health code repeatedly and was let go shortly after? Anyway, if you wonder why your fries are never seasoned here it's because they don't wash their seasoning can and the lid is filled with old seasoning so no more can come out. They take so long because they hire trash and don't train them well. They sift through pounds of chicken that is undercooked and stuck together raw. They close early almost everyday and the food ends up being cold and terrible when you finally get it. The new Ringgold location does a bit better but, also refuses to actively season your fries extra for you! No, even when you explain and ask with please and beg a "customer service" employee to "sprinkle extra seasoning, even from one of the packets, on the hot, oily fries so the seasoning will stick to them because by the time they serve you they are cold and the seasoning falls off so there is literally no point. I would give no stars but, the food itself is delicious and that is there only saving grace. read more

Cashier person was very rude , cursed my parents because they didn't understand her question. Then basically threw their plate of food towards them and kept giving mean looks towards us. Her and her colleagues kept laughing at us. Would not recommend coming here customer service is terrible especially towards people of color. read more

I had ordered from door dash and didn't get my wings. I called up there and the manager was very nice and understanding. She took matters into her own hands right away and called door dash and had them come back and delive the proper order for FREE! Very thankful there are still good people in this world! read more

Hey, Zaxby's, I didn't know you had stock in salt mines. My husband and 2 grandchildren had chicken fingers. All were extremely salty. Another grandchild had a GRILLED CHEESE. Why on earth a grilled cheese sandwich should be salty, I have NO idea. My grilled chicken sandwich was very good...the only reason this review merited as much as 3 stars. To be honest another mile further was a Chick-fil-a; our future destination. read more

Great chicken fingers and salads. I prefer no sauce but everyone else loves the zaxby sauce.

I always love Zaxby's. Its a little pricey with a family and they make you pay extra for sauce but its always good! They never let me down.

Every time I come here the food taste different. My fries had no seasoning and the chicken just didn't taste that good. I'm not sure that I will return to zaxby's in the future if I have a chick-fil-a around they will get my business. They are consistent and fast then I get my food and it's always right and the customer service is phenomenal. So sorry zaxby's but your one customer down. read more

It's ALWAYS COLD and the people didn't really care about anything you had to say. Still awesome food

I have a very busy family of 5. My husband and I both have demanding jobs and kids sporting events daily that occupy our free time. We go to Zaxbys at least once a week typically more simply for quality of food, but the staff at the location are completely incompetent and are unable to read the order or the screen and ensure accuracy. The past 3 visits we have had missing items. I called the first time and left a voicemail for the manager yet never received a call. Then a few says later we once again had an incomplete order this time I called and spoke with the manager, returned to the store that night and was given coupons. Igave the coupons away and simply asked the manager to insure his staffs training and attention to detail. Yet again for the 3rd visit in a month and problems again. My advice check your bag because obviously the staff needs proper training. read more
