I would drive to Chattanooga or Cleveland if you really want BWW. This location is absolutely horrible! We ordered three meals and each came out at different times. The last meal was 20 minutes after the first. The waitress had an attitude and wasn't apologetic at all. The manager came out and was ok but never came back. The crazy part is the first two orders were both wings and I seen at least 5 other tables get wings before the final order came. So far in our first BW's experience this side of the Mississippi hasn't been a positive one.. cashier and host havnt been very pleasant... they don't bring silver ware or napkins unless you ask... I had wings... so yeah... you kind of need them... refills are scarce... my son got filled on cheese sticks and didn't touch his chicken... wife's fries were cold... my fries and Asian zing in bone wings were hot, the bbq boneless were cold... The pricing, the service, the drinks were great! Most of the food was great too, the only "bad" part was we chose Thai curry for half the wings and Thai curry flavor it was not, oh it was "Thai curry" but the worst Thai curry flavoring we've had. The Nashville hot was absolutely great! Very close to the real thing. The queso with hatch peppers guacamole and chips was great too. At this moment, it is grand opening so over staffing is the norm. At shift change there were more staff than tables. We will see if service remains good. I used to go to a BW3 in Murfreesboro, TN back in the 1990s. I was a student at MTSU, and skipped a few classes there drinking 24oz draft Fosters Lager on special while playing rounds of what was then NTN Trivia. Later I visited other locations after the name change to Buffalo Wild Wings. I moved to Chattanooga in 2005 and visited locations at Northgate Mall & downtown. Both of those have since moved to other nearby addresses. Several years ago was the the last time I visited Buffalo Wild Wings until today. My last few visits I felt like the value proposition was fading. The wings were small. The burgers would fall apart before they could be finished. The prices were creeping up. The biggest disappointment was the wings. They were small. I always got the Blazin' sauce, but the last couple times I got them, I wasn't impressed by the heat. Today I was craving wings. I saw Buffalo wild wings had a BOGO deal going on. I decided to give them another try. I ordered the wings for pickup. Wow, things have changed. The wings were big and meaty, and I have to admit, this time the Blazin' sauce really fired me up! The whole experience from ordering on the app, picking the order up, the assembly of the order, the customer service at the restaurant, and the wings themselves were all great! The first time was a great experience but this second trip was a big disappointment They never brought out the chips and salsa we ordered, when the wings finally got served they were room temperature and the lemon pepper ones were dried out. Jordan was our server! She was awesome! We always had our water refilled, the beer was served cold, she knew the menu plus the special wing sauces of the month and beer specials! The venue was clean and napkins were provided with dinner! Wow, best Buffalo Wild Wings service experience I've had in a while. Food is usually pretty good though it takes forever to get it most of the time. Service is good. They are nice and attentive. Since changing managers a couple years back, it has gone down hill a bit. However we keep giving them chances to redeem themselves and it's slowly coming up. read more

Let me start out by saying that I do like Buffalo Wild Wings. I understand that the UFC Fights, it's going to be packed. When my wife and I arrived they said that it would be 45 minutes or longer because of the UFC Fights. My wife and I arrived 30 minutes after the fights started. We noticed that people leaving their tables to go outside for 10 - 15 minutes at a time and then come right back to their table. If you are gone from your table for that long the restaurant would clean your table off and give it to someone else. Also there were clean tables outside but the staff said they were hard to get to so they didn't want to seat anyone there. In my opinion the staff was to busy cutting up with each other and not concerned with there customers. On another note we were seated outside and the sound system was cutting in and out on all of the TVs our there. I will say this our server Jake is awesome. Now on to the food. I had the boneless wings garlic Parmesan and bourbon honey mustard. Now the garlic Parmesan is my go to sauce it is awesome. I must say i didn't care for the bourbon honey mustard. It was ok but that's it. My wife got the buffalo ranch crispy chicken wrap. It was really good she said it was a medium heat were she is use to mild but other then that it was really good. It would have been a better review but the front end made for a very bad experience. read more

Well, we chose this location since my oldest child is visiting and thought it would be fun. The areas are all walled by a plethora of television screens, all displaying a variety of sports. That was the good part. Now for the bad news. Hopefully you will not mind the din in the room. The volume is reminiscent of frat party or band, though not quite so bad. You don't have to shout into the ear of your companions, but you may want to shout over the table. The barbecue salad had a small portion of chicken, blandly prepared. Adequate is the highest praise I can offer. The chili queso provided a poor volume of queso for the cost. Overpriced would be an apropos comment. The rest of the group tried the wings, which they enjoyed. Overall not such a negative experience to prevent me from giving them another chance, I just don't plan to do that very soon. read more

Dylan, the bartender refused to serve me my drink after being gone from behind the bar for the first five minutes my girlfriend and I were sitting there. He came out from the kitchen being rude, saying I was rude for expecting customer service. He also refused to let us order food despite the restaurant being open another hour. Very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. I recommend going anywhere else for chicken in Fort Oglethorpe. When we left to find food he very rudely said "come back ya'll, ya hear." In the most awful inbred tone I've ever heard from someone down south. Zaxbys, Chik Fil A and KFC are five minutes down the road and won't treat you like trash for expecting someone to do their job. My girlfriend is a diabetic and needed to eat. I was baffled how someone could be so unfriendly, unprofessional and rude to guests at a place you signed up to work at. We had him one other time and he barely did his job then. He constantly complained that he didn't want to work the bar and would make more money at tables and he wished his manager would get someone else to do it. And I agree 100% you need a new late night bar tender at this location, preferably someone that enjoys serving. read more

I placed an Uber eats order so I did not have to go out during covid. My driver showed up at the restaurant at 6:00 and I placed my order at 5:30. The driver could not leave BWW until 6:45 because the food was not ready. Which means it took 1hr and 45 mins to finish to go food. Once food was delivered there was so utensils which I specified because I am in a hotel (waiting to close on a house and just moving from Florida). I also did not receive my tea that I paid for. When I opened my food I also got the incorrect chicken wrap. When I called to speak to a manager, Lennard was less than compromising and would not let me speak to a manager, and had a nasty attitude with me. All I wanted was some of my money back for the drink I did not get and the inconvenience with all of the issues. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

We've always enjoyed ourselves here. The food is fried cheesy goodness at its best. My husband likes the wings a lot and they have lots of great sauces to choose from. The big tv's everywhere are a little overwhelming and the noise level is deafening. In the spring or fall it's best to sit on the patio. If I could give this BWW a lower score I would. We just left the location on Battlefield Parkway in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. While we were there, they were not busy and the restaurant was not full. After we ordered, it took 30 minutes to get my sons chicken fingers and fries out to him. Ten minutes later our waiter brought out my brisket sandwich and fries. Ten minutes after that our waiter brought my husbands chicken wrap and fries. How does that happen that you place an order at the same time and yet 20 minutes go by between the first food brought out and the last? Perhaps the kitchen is very unorganized. We had no napkins given to us. My husband went to the bar and asked for napkins. There were inappropriate things happening on one of the TV stations that was playing with several families and children present. The men's restroom door was grimy and sticky. If I could give a negative star review, I would. I actually created a Yelp account just for this! This was the worst restaurant experience I have had. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. We immediately ordered an appetizer and it took 45 minutes for it to come out. There was a table that sat down half an hour after us and they got their appetizer before we did. Throughout that time we went through several waters/drinks and all of the empties were left on the table. We had to ask someone to remove them since we were a table of 5 and we were running out of room to put food. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. When the food finally came out it was luke warm, the fries cold. We were here for over two hours. We absolutely will not be back to this location. We had preordered wings for a Superbowl party and once at the party we noticed that the order was different than what we received. We called and they were extremely understanding. They stated that they would replace the order that was incorrect at the time of our choosing. My husband and I are regulars at BWW especially this fort o location. today was the worst experience we've had. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to get a drink order after throwing a snarky comment of " I don't know who's going to serve you but I can ask what you want to drink", got those and then the assistant manager took our order. we sat there for 30 minutes with not a single refill or acknowledgement that we were there. all the servers were huddled up at the front talking and having a good ol time. Eventually we got up and offered to pay for our drinks and just eat somewhere else. One male server with a Tennessee Vols lanyard gave us a snarky look and rolled his eyes as if we bothered him and the manager told us that our server needed to bring us a check, we had no server the entire time just the assistant manager who took our order after realizing we were sitting there for 10 minutes without help. We ended up having those on the house but the service was horrible and I can sense that this location is going down hill fast. Customers shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for a drink when there's only a few people in the restaurant, worry about customers not about gossip with co workers. we use to love this location but it isn't worth the trip anymore. read more

A friend and I had to wait 30 minutes before we had our drinks brought out to us. when they arrived my beer was warm, and my friends order was wrong. we then had to wait almost 40 minutes for our wings to come out, only for them to be cold, as well as the fries. we never got a single napkin, she didn't give us a straw. she came to the table three times without bringing me my ranch or blue cheese dipping sauces. shouldn't those have been served with the wings? when i finally got my receipt i was charged $3.99 for a coleslaw i didn't order but was so frustrated that i didn't even mention anything. the total time there was an hour and forty minutes. my servers name was kiki and she was unfortunately very trash. i will never go back. the worst service i have experienced in my twenty-two years on planet earth. also, over-priced asl. why would i need to spend an extra four dollars on fries after i spend sixteen dollars on wings? makes no sense. thanks. read more

I went there today with my family for lunch.I had eaten at the one in Cartersville and loved it.It took me 10 minutes to be seated,menus were placed at our table and noone ever came back to find out what we would like to eat or drink.There were 2 servers at the station both made eye contact with us, more than once, yet never came over to our table and felt it prudent to chit chat in a corner instead.They weren't even busy.After 20 minutes of being ignored we left.That's some terrible service and not any way to keep a business open.I sure won't go back and would not recommend this place to others unless you have nowhere to be for a long time read more

Food was ok. It took about 25 minutes of waiting for wings and fries before the manager came to ask how we're doing. The server did the driveby instead of stopping to talk to us. As we were waiting I noticed that they have electrical outlets on the wall next to our booth. Only one of the outlets had a cover so that seems pretty dangerous, especially with kids in the booth, since one of the outlets was about 3 inches above the seat. read more
