So far in our first BW's experience this side of the Mississippi hasn't been a positive one.. cashier and host havnt been very pleasant... they don't bring silver ware or napkins unless you ask... I had wings... so yeah... you kind of need them... refills are scarce... my son got filled on cheese sticks and didn't touch his chicken... wife's fries were cold... my fries and Asian zing in bone wings were hot, the bbq boneless were cold... They will give you to go drinks... Maybe the location in Cleveland will be better if we go back

I don't know what's hotter, me or these wings. I'm a hot man but gah those wings tasted like a California wild fire. My mouth is ablaze and there is sweat beading up on my brow as I type this review. Ik has corona the hotness of these wings would beat it out of my system. Don't get me wrong, the taste was great, but like Max Fried it packs some serious HEAT. #hotterthanawitchestit

Ordered from door dash during COVID. Placed order at 5:54 Driver arrived at 6:59 Food was not ready until 7:25 for driver to deliver. Ridiculous. They refuse to answer the phone. What a joke of a management staff is working this location Phones still ringing, the dasher said they just let it go didn't answer 1 call during his wait...

5$ ice cream and this is what I get

Everything was okay, ordered desert and they barely put anything in the cup. I have more caramel and chocolate than I have ice cream.

Our order was to go. The service over the phone was excellent and everyone was really nice. The food was great. We ordered an appetizer, wings and sides. The only down fall was that we paid extra for ranch and our cups were only about 1/4 of the way full. We would have ordered more had we know there would only be a little bit in them.

    Lots of tv's

If you like wings, this is your place. Many wing flavored from super hot where you are scared to eat the next, to so sweet it will put you in diabetic coma. At this moment, it is grand opening so over staffing is the norm. At shift change there were more staff than tables. We will see if service remains good. The have trivia and Texas hold'em on the playmakers (free) which is always good. All and all food is good, great tv's for games. We will see if standards stay the same when corporate leaves. More to come

Always a great experience in Chattanooga. Spend a day at the Aquarium and then get lunch at BWW.

We started with the Brick Oven Pretzels and then ended up getting the Country Benedicts with hashbrowns, the Chicken & Waffles with bacon bits in the side, the French Toast Platter with side of bacon. The restaurant is cool. Open space with a full bar. They also have two conference rooms for hosting large groups. There are also several tvs with sports playing. It took quite a while to get our food, but it was hot. I tried the French Toast and it was still soggy in the middle, not completely done. Wasn't bad, just not how I like them cooked. My son must have liked the Chicken n Waffles because they did not last long, lol. I didn't mind my order. I didn't read that description through for the Country Benedicts but I'm not disappointed. I also inquired about catering and was told they do cater and have a smoker, pizza oven and that they go heavy on appetizers. Very nice!

I had the brisket and thought it was pretty good until I f noticed a black hair looking piece in my mouth.... We could not determine what it was and neither could the restaurant staff. What got me was they did not apologize or offer to replace the sandwich... they just said"we don't know what that is" and acted like everything was normal. They charged us for the food ( which my wife is mad because I paid) and went on like it was more our problem than theirs. So, I obviously do not recommend this place... unless you like mystery items in your sandwich.

Taylor was our server and she was PHENOMENAL. from making us feel welcome to making us never want to leave, she had the best personality. She was prompt and checked on us many times to ensure we were enjoying our time. We ordered a couple cocktails, the blackberry mule (something like that haha) was great. I had 2! for dinner we had the spinach dip and steak nachos from the appetizer sections. The balsamic glaze on the nachos was my favorite part, just the right amount of tangy with savory. Will absolutely be coming back for those again! This is a beautiful restaurant, from the entrance to the clean and neat bathrooms. Will 100% be back.

My wife and I tend to share an appetizer and a main most times when we dine out. We started out with the stuffed piquillo peppers and they did not disappoint! If you are a fan of goat cheese you will love these too. The sweetness of the pepper with the tang of balsamic coupled with the smooth taste of the goat cheese is almost to die for! We then shared the Pimento burger with fries and those too were outstanding! The burger is not overwhelmingly big, but big enough for two to share. The fries were absolutely delish! The service was good as well. I don't remember anything over-the-top outstanding but these days, decent service might actually qualify as over-the-top relative to what you see at most establishments! (so sad) Definitely worth a try if you are in the Chattanooga area.

This is probably as close as they have to a sports bar atmosphere given the number of tv's and of course the ping pong table. When the weather is good, they have the ability to open up the back of the restaurant to their outside eating area, which is great. When the weather is uncooperative and the outside closed off, I find HFC to be a bit dark, with the motif maybe a bit dated. There's a full bar, with a very good beer selection. The service is always good, a characteristic of all the Monen restaurants. As to the food, there's a broad enough selection to satisfy anyone in your family. While the Philly brisket sandwich I had was just okay and I'm still trying to figure out the buffalo cucumber salad, the nachos and chicken wings were really good.

Upon entering we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. Wait time was reasonable (20 mins) and there was a fair amount of seating. There were about 3-4 groups waiting to be seated. We were walked through the establishment and seated at a booth table near the bar. If you are into sports you can see the TVs from just about every seat. The waitress arrived shortly after our seating and took our appetizer and drink order. We started with the Triple B. The fries came out quickly, were hot, fresh and delicious. The drink I ordered was out, but the waitress gave another option, but unfortunately that was out as well. Ended up having an old favorite, Guinness. For our meals we ordered the smoked brisket French dip and the wagyu burger. Upon ordered the burger our waitress informed us there was a shortage of patties and if we still wanted the burger we would get one patty instead of two, but at a lower cost. Both dishes were amazing and we couldn't finish them as both the fries and the entrees were larger in comparison to other places we have eaten. Overall this was a great experience with great food. The only thing we had difficulty with is having to use the phone flashlight to read the menu as the lighting was really dim. Will definitely return if we take another trip here.
