Stopped by to try the new Zensation Zalad as advertised on tv. The salad was ok, it's different and unique, sort of like an Asian salad. The citrus dressing was very tasty and sweet. But the star of the show was the Egg Rolls (2 for $3 special). Very good egg rolls with a yummy sauce to go with them. My only complaint was the lettuce in the salad seemed wilted and old, but the salad was still good. The girl at the drive thru seemed impatient, but once I got home and opened the bag to my surprise she had given me napkins, utensils, and extra salad dressings packages!! Good job. 3 stars for the less than perfect lettuce. But this "Zalad" is something new and different to try if you have a craving (which I did). read more

Got your attention? They only wish they had cars going around the building like Chik Fila for their chicken sandwich and great customer service. Both are really lacking at this location. I received my sandwich with a piece of the bun missing. Now I don't think anyone took a bite out of it, but what restaurant with a brand to protect would let something like that to leave the kitchen. The cheese bites are good if you like the heavy breading. I liked the fries I had with my meal, but the fries my son got in his Mr. Beast box was cold and barely cooked. They also forgot to give me my side order of Texas toast. The chicken sandwich was a little too salty, but the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Thought it was a chicken patty but it was two chicken strips in the sandwich. It was ok for trying it for the first time all the way from PA. The staff didn't look busy enough to mess up an order. Worst fucking Zaxby's ever on my mom this shit was terrible as fuck. I don't know what the fuck these guys think they are feeding but they are literally dishing out fucking dog food. My chicken was slimy and chewy damn near uncooked. And the crazy thing about it is I actually love Zaxby's but this shit was beyond ridiculous. The grilled cobb salad was absolutely unedible along with the burnt toast and old fries. Drove 20 mins to waste $16.00 . The chicken was so hard and old with a grey tint to it and the veggies were so mushy! I figured the reciept was in the bag but to my surprise when I got home and realized how terrible the food wad the receipt was also not included. I called Zaxby's immediately told them I just left their drive thru and my exact order and the person "in charge" I believe hung up on me but when I called back he said it got disconnected.. He did not once apologize for the terrible food or inconvenience ... However being my favorite it is no longer, when we came in they were playing on their phone sound like they were having a party in the back a guy back there using really bad language we had to Hyatt at the counter to make him turn around to see us so they took the order quickly the fries were cold on one play warm on the other one and the guy went back to playing on his phone and all them in the back of talking loudly. So the food was a let-down and so is the kitchen crew so my visits here will be farther and farther apart. The Assistant manager is very rude! After owing me a refund one person who said he was a manager Jason told me to come in whenever to correct the problem, he stated he couldn't refund me but could replace the food(which I was fine with) I was in the Jensen Beach area and decided to stop by to order food(I called 10 minutes prior to verify Jason was working and the offer still stands which it did) I pulled up to the drive through to order the same food on the receipt once I pulled to the window the Assistant manager immediately came to the window asking what was the problem, I tried explaining to her then she remembered me from the incident then proceeded to say "I already told you I'm not giving you shit" "Your problem isn't with us it's with corporate" I then tried to explain corporate only sends out responses to the GM to refund the order but I never got a reply from the Gm. Her words were my general manager already handled you, you already got a refund (which I never did) she then starts accusing me of giving them an insurance company number instead of the number I called which is 866-892-9297. She then says it's from two months ago basically saying I need to get over it! Excuse me I don't care if it's $1 from a year ago I want what's owed back to me. I paid for the order twice but only received one order at a different location over 35 miles away. I even called them to say don't make the food just so they wouldn't waste their food cause it was a app error. She then starts yelling to her brother Jason how she wasn't giving me anything, she remembers me etc. I asked her for her gm information like I did several times in the past but she still refused to give it to me. I don't care if she didn't give the food I would've still paid but you can't talk to people like they're trash or disrespect them then expect them to respect you. After I decided to match her energy she then says I'm going to call the cops but called a group of friends to handle the matter. I then called the cops because I have nothing to hide and the situation was minor to me she tells the cops several lies which is backed up by her brother and friends. She should be fired but even that probably won't help her nasty attitude. We owe you nothing! You only have a job because we the customers visit the location. The money from the customers is what keeps this business going. It's very hard to get in touch with the Gm or owner but they should look into their Assistant! Went to Port Saint Lucie this weekend and decided to try this place I've been hearing about. I love chicken and that's their specialty so I knew I would like it. I ordered their chicken finger plate with fries and a side of Zaxbys sauce. The portions are generous and the chicken was so good. Today was my first time at Zaxby's. I've always wanted to try it because my sister worked at one in Georgia and said it was great! On our way home from the beach we noticed one recently opened in Port St Lucie, so we decided to stop. Once inside, my sister was explaining the menu to me and I was deciding on what to get. The cashier asked if our order was to dine-in or to-go, no greeting. Stephanie, which I'm certain is the Assistant Manager, helped us. Our group of 6 had never been to a Zaxby's anywhere. We gave it a try for a late lunch, and were pleasantly surprised. The cashier was patient with us, and took our orders accurately. The food tasted good. The chicken was juicy and tender, as well as seasoned to perfection. I selected iced tea for my beverage - the only thing that missed the mark, because it was sweet tea and not unsweetened (a Yankee mistake!). Let me start by saying thanks Chick Fil A for being closed on Sundays. If you weren't closed I may have not gone to Zaxbys. This was my first ever visit to a Zaxbys. I. Was aware of them. A five star from me means I was happy and I'm hard to please. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad which consists of salad tomatoes grilled chicken bacon eggs and other veggies. The salad also comes with 2 Texas toast wedges and 2 packets of your dressing of choice. To many to mention. Because it's Sunday you also get a medium soft drink. Has to be the biggest medium I've ever seen. Unlike C-Fil-A all salads are prepared fresh to order. Even without the beverage for $8.47 I got more than my money's worth. The entrance is weird- behind the building next to drive thru- and narrow. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The menu has full of high calorie selections but the "Zalads" were within my watch range. The Blue was my choice with blue cheese dressing of course. It was fresh and delicious and HUGE- size of a charger plate. The Texas toast was perfect. The dining area was clean and there are specials throughout the week. Kids (10 and under) eat free on Thursdays with purchase of an adult meal. (Limit 2) read more

And I worked in the food industry for years we always had to wear hairnets! Hygiene is important! Love the salads- and my family loves the sliders and fingers. We were there about 9pm Wed night (4/26) after my son's game- the staff were all so friendly, even though it was late and they had no AC in the kitchen area- took time to answer a lot of questions-and the dining room was spotless.
