went to Zaxby's on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in order two wings and things. The food was atrocious too much salt on the fries the seasoning on the chicken strips way too salty and then the wings were so hard it's like they were cooked early this morning or at lunchtime , and they were the size of pigeon wings and just left in a heating rack until tonight when people order them definitely will not be back. if I could give a negative rating to this Zaxby's in red Bank South Carolina I would but I guess I have to do one don't eat at this place!!!!!! read more

I'm from GA so my expectation of Zaxby's is pretty high since that's where it's originally from. This location pretty mid to lackluster depending on who's working. The counter team is always friendly though. The food can leave quite a bit to be desired though. However the inside is usually clean and you can always find a table. read more

Just to point out you have to drive about 3 miles off the interstate to get here. My initial impressions are good as the outside of the restaurant and inside we're clean. We came about 1pm so just after the main Sunday church rush. No issues ordering and just a few minute wait on the food, and we'll worth it for fresh hot fries and tenders. The fries were perfect. They were nice and crisp, just the right amount of seasoning too. The tenders is where the lost a star. They were very fresh and tasted generally good. The breading was lacking a bit showing a general rush in preparation. Walking in to use the bathroom was nothing special and it was nice that the bathroom didn't smell like piss. We walk into Zaxby's to order and a young boy around 6:45ish-6:50ish takes our order. We ask for two number 3's with teriyaki sauce and the young boy atmost 17 years of age was on register said they were out and from my guessing they might've been out but I noticed other customers who sat down behind us had teriyaki sauced boneless chicken and the only sauce the boy offered to us was sweet and spicy. The boy was in a black hoodie and a blue ball cap. The boy also had glasses and had no facial hair from what i could see from the lighting. Another, we stated to dine in and its on the receipt but we had a bag of our food (as shown in the pics below), name was spelled wrong, and had blond hair in the food. The young boy was running off of another one of their coworkers till and from my knowledge that is probably an easy way to get fired if the manager catches him. I am pretty certain that the young boy name is not Cali. Tenders were supposed to be extra sauce and they did not attempt to sauce them correctly they just purred sauce on them and called it done. I loved going to this little spot with family and friends but this experience ruined my chances from ever coming back here. I deeply apologize for the bad review but please keep a closer watch on the employees that do not care about the job or customer service. read more

Staff is very nice. Eli helped me and knew his menu and ingredients. Establishment including the restrooms are extremely clean. You know if the rest room is clean so is the kitchen. Food was good. I loved the seasoned fries and buffalo wing plate. Decor is interesting. I say check it out. read more

Not that anyone at this location will care but they are horrible. Food and service used to be great. No longer. Bad attitudes and bad service. Super super super slow. Very dissapointing. This is the SLOWEST zaxbys I have EVER been to! The whole point of a fast food drive thru is to get it in a timely manner... these places need to start hiring adults and not unexperienced teenagers who stand around and talk! read more

They have a very small parking lot, and at least this Thursday a car club took up at least a third and the drive -thru blocks another third. the car club used part of the disabled parking and the drive thru block the rest. As a disabled vet I feel that they need to rearrange their parking and the car club needs to find a space that can handle their crowd. I do not think I will eat there again. read more

Not the cleanest Zaxbys I have been to for sure. The drink and condiments section was quite a mess and it took a little while for someone to come to the counter to take my order. They were fairly busy so I can understand the delay to an extent. The food was good though; chicken nice and hot, fries crispy and well seasoned. I will be back probably but I would have enjoyed it more if it were a bit cleaner as this was not the Zaxbys experience I have had elsewhere. read more

The worst part about this place is the toxic 50 year old women who take our their frustrating marriage and sexual life on 16 year olds. Other than that, 5 stars for great food and great service. The Owner of this one is awful. First he lets his son take home a toy that my son left, and that i had called immidatly and i formed them of and told them to put my name on it and hold (cause we live 30 miles away an it would be like 2 weeks before i got back over their) then when i go back to get i find out that his son took it and was told by a manager that it would be their the next time i came in then when i came back it still wasn't their and the owner was out of town, im sure since he has a son my sons same age he know that my son was missing it and very upset every time i came out of their without it. And when he said they would mail it to me and i asked for the owner to give me a call with the tracking number i got nothing. I did receive the package today but no apology note or anything. What a disappointment from this low life owner. Would expect more from this company. read more

Never have had a problem with any of the Zaxby's I have gone to. Had dinner at this location tonight and it as not busy (it was during what would be the dinner hour). Place was clean and did not have to wait long to be served (since the one person before me was finishing her order). Only wished I had gotten a few more fries, but price was not bad for what I got (three chicken strips, fries, Texas Toast, and a drink). I always seem to have some of their special sauce left over to use on my fries. read more

The food is halfway decent, but I have eaten a better zaxbys. The cleanliness is not too bad. But the customer service isn't great. The cooks in the back are constantly joking and yelling which worries me that u wanted pathogens are getting into food. One of the line cooks keeps taking his cap off which I know is required by DHEC. The kitchen here should be inspected thoroughly. read more

I love the food from Zaxby's. By now, I'm pretty sure I've gotten into the habit of eating there once a week. Although the food is yummy, there's nothing particulary special about it. The 'zax' sauce and the seasoning on the crinkle fries are probaby the peak. I usually order the chicken finger plate-- no slaw, extra fries. Problem is, I don't think they understand the extra fries part very well. I often feel they just leave the slaw out. I reccomend it for sure, though. The wings are also pretty great. read more

my family eat here 1 time a week . drive thru or take out the staff is great. inside is allways clean.usually have to wait a little bit to get your order because its cooked to order. chicken strips are kinda small. seem to have a little trouble with the drinks not being available . but over all good place to eat. read more
