Poor customer service. I went and the attendant outside was hiding and didn't take my order. When i got my drink, it was flat. When I got my food, it was stale, messy (with sauce all over the place, as if came off someone else plate, not fresh). When I asked them to remake, the window lady took the order and within 30 seconds came back with the same order. I could count the amount of fries on both hands, I had on the plate. So altogether, the poor customer service, no supervising oversight for accountability, and then the food itself that was poor, stale, and could only eat a few fries minus the Chicken Nibblers, I don't know why they're in business... I visited this Zaxbys today & had a awful experience! The food I first received was horrible over cooked & cold why would anyone serve such a thing? I got home tried to bear through the fact that it was awful because I didn't wanna be that person to complain but couldn't take it any longer nothing was enjoying about the meal! So, I decided to drive back up there to fix the issue & I spoke with a lady name Kai & she told me she can recook the 3 wings nothing else because I've ate the whole meal. Stopped by tonight for a mobile pickup and honestly just came here because I was closer to this one than my normal stop. I walked up to the counter to get my order and they had one guy packing Togo orders, three other employees were just walking around (drive-thru?) and no one was at the counter (cash register) for at least 5 minutes. I know this isn't Chick-Fil-A, but why not have someone always at the cash register? As others mentioned this place is run by high school teenagers, but where are the managers? This place was very busy. The gentleman packing togo orders after a while turned around and I mentioned my name and he handed me my order. I asked if everything was in there and he said yes... but something told me to double check as I am 30 minutes away from this location. I checked and sure enough, I was missing some time, just apple juice, but still, it was paid for. My intention is not to be one of those annoying customers, though when you were in the food industry for over 10 years, even besides that, everyone should expect at least what they pay for and the same service they once used to provide others. Service is terrible. The person at the drive thru seems like she hates the world. I placed an online order because I forgot my wallet. It said it was estimated to be done at 2:06. I show up at 2:00pm and just let her know I'm here but I'm aware it may not be ready. She said with an attitude come back in 6 min when it's ready. This is one of my favorite zaxbys and I just cant believe the rating I see. I have never had a problem or nasty customer service. I'm speaking for the drive thru service, it's always on point. Arrived at the restaurant a little before 4PM today and ordered a Cobb salad grilled with no fried onion- extra cucumbers instead. I also ordered extra grilled chicken breast on the side. The chicken that was given to me was a single whole breast. I gave it back to them and asked for it to be sliced so that I could add it to my salad. Upon arriving to work to eat the salad, I noticed that it was old. The tomatoes, toast and cucumbers were soggy, the bacon was limp and not crumbled on the salad. The lettuce itself was starting to wilt and there was water on the bottom of the dish that the salad was served in. As soon as I leave work, I'll be taking this back for a refund. read more

When I used to eat chicken I would devour their Zaxby's Zalads, they are the best! Now, I get it without the chicken and it's still delicious. This particular location is great. The service is friendly, fast, and helpful. If you've ever gone through the drive-through at a Zaxby's restaurant then you know it's really not a "drive-through" experience. On this trip, we got 2 chicken club meals and two chicken tender kid's meals (my son and I with the clubs and the wife and other son with the kids meals). It was all hot and fresh and had that wonderful Zaxby's flavor. We also all shared the Birthday Cake shake and it was SO GOOD! The only issue I have is the price. As good as they are, when it all comes down to it it's just chicken. $6 for the club "meal" and it doesn't include a drink! Really?? So 2 sandwiches, 2 kids meals, 1 sprite, and 1 shake for $25! I also was charged for items I did not order...when I specifically asked the cashier if I was charged she lied and said no then handed me the receipt clearly showing the charge. This is a review with a little bit of a nightmare but then ultimately a very happy ending. To start, we ordered from Zaxby's using the Uber eats app due to our lack of transportation and my husband being severely disabled. Our initial order was missing 3 items, 2 being essentially dinner for 2 family members. I called Uber eats and made a complaint, then I called the restaurant to complain there and offer suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. The assistant manager was apologetic but didn't offer any resolution to our situation. I had to call and order pizza to feed the rest of the family that night. The next morning I call the corporate office and make a complaint. Very shortly afterwards I received a phone call from Tiffany the store manager. She apologized and offered to make it right for us. In my 20+ years of my personal hospitality/fast food experience I have NEVER had a manager offer to personally prepare and deliver the order to them. Which is what she did. She personally prepared our order and delivered it to us herself. If THAT isn't exceptional customer service I don't know what is! I would definitely recommend this restaurant, their food is delicious, even if sometimes Uber eats drops the ball on verifying the order is complete, Zaxby's actually DOES want to give great service. read more

I usually come to this location and they have no issue with all flats. The manager refused to do all flats for my order. For the price a customer should get what they order not what you feel like giving them. If the customer is willing to wait there should be no issue. I run a business and this manager should not be here because they have lost my business and not to mention many other people who have a wing preference. They always have people at the front register area standing around. Like train them to be in the back so that we can get the food quickly. This Zaxby's needs to get it together. Of the numerous times I've dined here there has never been more than one register open. It seems their worst day is Sunday. Every week. You would think management would know that by now and properly staff on Sundays and other peak business times. Last Sunday was the worst I've seen it. We waited in line for 30 minutes to order. OPEN THE SECOND REGISTER! They seemed to be in no hurry to accommodate the lunch rush. I saw the cooks in the back goofing off, looking out of the kitchen window to the front of the restaurant and making silly faces at customers. You would think with all that time on their hands the food would come out quickly. Nope that took a while as well. People came in from the drive thru line with their orders being wrong. They had to wait as long as we did to talk to anybody about it. I highly doubt there was a manager on duty that day. Another problem stemming from being short staffed during peak times is running out of ice, straws, lids, and tables and floors not being cleaned. This is just poor restaurant management to have these problems day after day. I have brought this up to corporate as well as local management multiple times.
