(3/28/2023) came to try the Asian Zensation Salad (although it did make me cringe to say it) it's surprisingly pretty good, just wish they'd let you get an extra egg roll. During the pandemic times, produce in the salads was hit or miss, and i was not fond of the styrofoam salad boxes, but they do seem to have recovered and are back to being a more reliable standard for a decent lunch, and it's convenient for me. Do order a head and go before noon to avoid the long drive-thru lines. read more

I would never choose this location again. I was in the area and decided to stop at this one on my way home after an appointment. I ordered the BBQ wing combo. Look at the wings I received. They definitely did not toss nor drizzle bbq sauce on the wings at all. I may as well had orders plain wings. I'd never return. I did not check it as I've been to Zaxbys on my side of town and had no issue when ordering a wings and things. As someone who worked at Zaxby's as a teenager, this is a disgrace. Also, wings were always served with celery. The only thing I can say is the fries were hot and fresh. The guy taking the order acted like he didn't know what fruit punch was though and kept repeating that they have Coca Cola freestyle (which is a variety of options, including fruit punch). I had to break it down to him that I want any fruit punch option, with the exception of orange flavor. And no, they weren't busy. My mom asked that. First time here and in the drive-thru they have a sign that says something along the lines of We can serve 100 customers in our drive thru an hour, that is only a 36 sec wait time... Um... Yeah... Don't be fooled. They take your order then make you pull into a spot or line up somewhere else, so they can bring your food out to you. ??? Chicken Salad sandwich requires time? Still waiting. The employees seem very grumpy too. If you don't like your job I'm sure there is someone out there that would be happy to take it!! Just a thought. Update: Just got my food and I basically paid almost $8 for a tomato sandwich. What part of chicken salad did they miss? It had maybe 2 tbsp of chicken salad slopped in the middle then cut in half. We just came here for a meal and we were dying to try a zaxby's. Since it was our first time we ordered one meal to snack on we ordered the boneless wing meal. Slowest group of human beings to ever work in a restaurant. I sat in the store line for 15 minutes before any of these sloths acknowledged me or any of the other 7 people waiting in line. There were only 4 cars in the drive through so I'm confused as to what the issue was. Poor management and improper training with the lack of basic knowledge of how to work. read more

I've been to this location at least 6 times since they opened. They have gotten my order wrong 3 of the 6 visits. The restaurant is never busy. Too many employees standing around. So I drive into the drive through. And who ever the young lady in the intercom was very disrespectful. As I order my first meal, out of the two, she rushed to finalize my order, but did t even start my second. So as I ask for things, she's asking me questions but I don't understand what she's saying cause she's mumbling her voice. So she easily gets irritated after I ask to please repeat that. And she raises her tone at me as she replies. I let the person at the window know that whoever that was, must not want their job. Unacceptable, I felt like I didn't have the right to order or something. I really do hope that she's able to fix herself. Ordered a Cesar chicken salad through the drive through - what I got was chicken on Romain lettuce- zero dressing on the salad and they asked me when I ordered if I wanted Cesar dressing I said yes. I won't bother going back. I could have went to the grocery store and bought a bag of Romain and got their chicken and it would have bee about half the price and same thing. read more
