He knew every tiny detail and special niche of this restaurant from where they get crawfish and the subtle special facts that makes them different from all the other boil-to-table restaurants that populate a large portion of the stay of Florida. We all ordered a pound of crawfish and half pound of shrimp with head on. Two of us ordered the Mr./Mrs. Crab sauce medium and my husband got the seasoned butter. ALL OF IT WAS INCREDIBLE. We also tried the hush puppies since I'm a blood-born Cajun, myself. They were actually decadent and fluffy--perfectly cooked! My rule is the messier and spicier, the better and they DELIVERED. For drinks, I recommend the Rum Runner or settle in for happy hour (listed times on website). It's a tradition that I enjoy either a bottled corona or Angry Orchard Cider with my crawdaddies and that I did as well.
