Not to be a Karen, but I'm really aggravated with this place at the moment. I ordered all flats like always and I seem to catch a bit of a fit from over the drive through speaker every time I do it but they always do all flats as requested. I just don't really care for the drums. There are some petty girls working the window that gave me all drums. there is no since in that. I understand if they aren't able to give me all flats I'm very understanding I will accept a mix without question. I'm 100% positive she requested the kitchen to put all drums in my box. It was raining when we pulled up & one of them rudely asked me to turn my wipers off. Come on Zaxby's you can do better than this. I stop one evening to try them out. The chicken fingers were kinda dark like they cook them in old fryer oil. The fries were way too salty, The drink was fill with ice four fifths of the way to the top. Gee I know inflation is giving us all grief but sugar soda water is still cheap now. The dip sauce didn't taste like it was fresh. I think Cain's sauce taste better. I just couldn't believe on my first time eating at this restaurant I get such a bad experience. I like to be more positive writing this but this meal had too many negatives in it. Yum! Never been to a Zaxby's. Really good. Got the Southern TLC sandwich meal. Breaded chicken was crispy crunchy not greasy. Lettuce and tomato very fresh. Chicken! Newest chicken place in Saraland! Of Course I eat at Zaxby's in MOBtown and everywhere all the time. You know what? I have never been disappointed by a Zaxby's. Their chicken is moist.! You can get it fried, grilled, blackened, or buffaloed. They have traditional wings and boneless wings with several sauce options to toss those wings in! You know what else I enjoy!? The fried mushrooms! Delicious!! The white cheddar bites aren't too bad either. I do suggest you go inside because the drive through is pretty long and not quick because they don't have food just sitting under a warmer. I love the blackened Cajun chicken sandwich and the sweet tea is pretty darn good. I'm picky about sweet tea. I just don't drink sweet tea from anywhere. So, stop on in!! read more

Absolutely horrible. Placed an order through Uber eats prior to 8:30. They accepted the order and charged me for it. Driver showed up a little before 9 to pick it up and they stated that they "do not do Uber eats after 8:30". (But it certainly let me place the order because it was before 8:30 when I ordered) Had to go round and round with Uber eats customer service to get a refund and then had to figure out another way to feed my child at 9:00 at night in a strange city. The general manager at this location highly disrespected me and my wife today. All because our food was cold. When the young lady at the window told me that she would remake the food which was no issue at all. He proceeded to get aggressive at the window. It has been brought to my attention by current employees and past employees that his character is questionable and troubling. It was even told to me that they have tried to bring this to the attention of the district manager multiple times and nothing has been done about him. Was only person in line and had to wait 7 minutes to get order taken. Chicken in House Zalad was mostly breading. WATCH OUT!!! Cops use this restaurant to write BS tickets. This is one of the cleanest restaurant I've been to great customer service sydney was a great help especially this being my first time here i didn't know what to order and i was having a hard time choosing what to eat she was a great helper very nice not rude & very friendly there was another nice and kind worker there to I'm not sure if her name was sedria or cedria but she was very nice as well very polite and helpful and the awesome manager dave very active with the customers if something was wrong he will fix it right away and very fast i love it keep up the great job zaxby's i will definitely be visiting again with my while family this time read more
