Your wings and many other places are serving up party wings for premium prices and serving up mini wing pieces ( flats /drumettes). The wing pieces are so small that they are often over cooked because of the size. The problem is the wings are too small for premium money. I will never patronize you again. I'm so over being taken advantage of by fast food joints. Wemo needs to invest in a better bigger grade of party wings. read more

I don't mind waiting for good wings, in fact, I expect to. Wings took about 20 minutes but came to the table luke warm. I had high hopes and have been waiting to try this spot for a while. Also ordered two variants of their loaded fries. The buffalo chicken fries were ok, chicken was quite dry and I didn't care to finish them. Same with the chicken wings. The atmosphere was comfortable and service counter was pleasant and helpful for first timer. The young ladies in the front are very kind and helpful. Ambiance: 3 out of 5. Very small. Kitchen is close to the seating so it's a little warm. TVs everywhere playing sports ( that's a plus). Very sad to write this review. We have been a huge fan and supporters of Wemo's for years. Unfortunately the last several times we have chosen to order a meal from Wemo's we have been less than satisfied. To start, the place is filthy (I will attach pictures), the staff is overworked and the wait times are ridiculous. I was told a 15-20min wait time and received my order 43min later. It wasn't the fault of the employees, they were simply overworked. To the owners/operators, you need to hire more help up front to manage the registers, take orders and serve customers. Secondly, you need to hire a janitorial service to deep clean your facility. I will always support local businesses but I expect you to step up and provide me with a service better, faster and cleaner than the big chains. To customers, the food is decent but I would recommend going to Wing Stop 3 min down the road. read more

So I tried this place several years ago and had a horrible experience. Recently I've heard better things so decided to give them another shot. Ordered online and received a text that my order was ready in about 15 minutes (great!). Got to the store 15 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready and it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 minutes at the front desk. While I waited I observed some really disgusting things going on in the open kitchen. The person in charge, who was sporting several nose piercings, told me that it was not their fault but would provide no reasonable response as to why it wasn't. Zero apology or ownership. Got home, everything soggy at this point. Wings on a scale of 1-10 were maybe a 6. Very over priced to begin with. It was bustling and busy at the location, which is always a good sign. People apparently love their food, and happily return for more. The place isn't very large, but it was clean, and there were a variety of televisions to keep you entertained while you ate. I had the Garlic Parmesan wings and my wife had the Spicy Barbecue wings, both of which had a fantastic flavor! (Though admittedly, I am a wimp and the spicy barbecue was much too spicy for me.) Everything I'm looking for in a tangy and spicy sauce, I dipped in blue cheese the Sriracha bourbon was perfect for someone who likes a more sweet flavor. The buffalo chicken fries were so so good. WeMo's has definitely put itself on my map The wings were at a fair price point, so that was a plus. Wings used to be a trash cut used for stocks or discarded, but man do most places charge out the wazoo for them now. So this was a pleasant surprise, and on Tuesday's and Thursday they have specials to make them cheaper. The sauce selection is good, but I'm a traditionalist who wants buffalo wings. So I got hot and garlic buffalo. Man we're these sauces extraordinary. The garlic buffalo was my favorite, and man the serve then wet. I live be the stance that wings should be served wet, and the give the sauce here. The flavor of both of these sauces was perfect For the side I got the garbage fries. 12-January-2019 Saturday Evening called order in after reading some of the reviews. We order the Bone in Cajun Wings and an order of the Bone in Honey BBQ Wings. Both were just ok. We also got the Curley fries and the house salad. There was a bit of a wait even though we called the order in. Upon arriving and paying for the call in order the cashier lets the back/cooks know the "Name" is here..... I guess they've had a problem with people calling in orders and not showing up or something, I am not quite sure. Either way another 15-20 minutes and I received my order. I will say this, when placing the order they did inform us that it was about a 15-25 minute wait. But I thought nothing of it as I live a 15-20 minutes drive away. They have wings as well as chicken fingers when me and my mom ordered some wings instead of the fingers which look like a decent right size I was sad when we gotten home and saw that their wings were like the ones at Howdy Howie pizza's .... I have so many questions. We got the buffalo garlic traditional wings, chicken tenders with "that sauce" and some crinkle fries. I dare say the fries were the best part and I'm not even a fan of crinkle fries. The buffalo garlic is eh. I couldn't taste the garlic so it was a pretty standard buffalo, not very exciting. The chicken tenders were probably some of the worst I've ever had, the "that sauce" or any sauce for that matter, couldn't make these taste good. This used to be our absolute favorite wing spot in Mobile; that has changed, over the past year. Wemo's still has some of the best wings and more than 20 different flavors. I'm still a fan of how they do boneless wings (more of a strip than a nugget...hard to explain, but they're good). The sides are alright (save for the buffalo chicken fries...those are really good). But, over the past year, it seems that they have put the customer on the back burner. They've raised their prices. Their employees often act under-trained (they seem to get really uptight if there is a crowd...and there is often a crowd from both number of actual orders and not having the space or ability to deal with so many people at once). An employee was flat out dishonest about trying to contact me and correct an order she hadn't gotten right. When customer service begins to slip, as it has at Wemo's (in my opinion), it no longer remains worth the increased prices. read more
