This is the worst run Zaxby's. The manager is just the rudest. The few times I've been in there she is talking down to the employees. I believe her name is Chelsie. And don't get me started on the owners. They do not take pride in the restaurant. Employees are sitting down on their phones, hair not covered, and getting orders wrong. I will say though, I have there are a couple of really good employees. They seem like they really want you to have a good experience. One being a lady named Dee Dee. So nice. We'll we don't have a Zaxby's in Las Vegas but we have a similar chain so I was excited to compare the two. First, Zaxby's chicken and fries are delicious. The strips aren't huge but that's a plus in my opinion as they all had an even cook. The french fries were properly fried, not too greasy, and good. The bread is great too. Zaxby's sauce is also flavorful. However, it is the one area I think the other places wins. Overall, we liked it...we liked it a lot...and we'll be back. read more

The food was great! This was my first time at a Zaxby's. We stopped on our travels from Louisiana to Illinois. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Welll......., I chose zaxbys because I had my dog in the car & didn't want to leave her in the heat. Big mistake. Anna at the front counter was rude & condescending. No please. No thank you. After we placed our order, I asked her about honey mustard dipping sauce & was told I should have said that when I ordered. The place was messy. Trash full.
