We specifically wanted our friend Isaiah to assist with the purchase because he's someone we know and because the sale would count toward his monthly performance. Instead, Isaiah was instructed by management not to help my fiancé. Security was positioned at the entrance, and my fiancé was treated as though he intended to cause problems, despite simply trying to complete a legitimate purchase. That was disappointing and, from everything I was told, completely unnecessary. Whatever history management may have with me should never be taken out on other people. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, employees shouldn't be put in uncomfortable positions, and someone trying to help a disabled friend shouldn't be made to feel unwelcome. I genuinely hoped that after two years everyone had moved forward. It's disappointing to hear that this situation unfolded the way it did. I sincerely hope management reflects on how these situations are handled going forward, because professionalism should extend to everyone who walks through the door. Service has always been great, the people on the phone are always very kind and helpful and I really like that you can order through text, very convenient! They have a pretty limited selection when compared to other dispensaries but I understand that we are in a hard to reach city. For the prices through, the selection is honestly great! Their wait this is estimated 60-90 min but almost always ends up being exactly 90 min which is okay with me, it's consistent for the most part! I recommend this shop if you have to get your weed fix up here, I don't order as often as I used to, but when I'm visiting the area and running low I'm glad they're an option!
