Brought my 2010 M3 in for some more maintenance. 10 year old bimmers need preventive measures especially if you don't have records that the work was actually done before you. Needed transmission drain and fill and the price was right so I had Dhillon throw in a rear differential service. Dropped it off over night and got it back the next day. It apparently needed it because my mile per gallon went up and shifting is slightly firmer. Happy With the work done definitely be coming back.

Great work every time I get an oil change on my GT. Honest and transparent with what should be done.

We reached out to several local repair shops, and CARS Cristian's Auto Repair was the only one that returned our message that same evening. They got us scheduled first thing Saturday morning. The part we needed wasn't easy to find, but they went above and beyond calling business after business until they tracked one down that could be delivered the same day. The part arrived around 1:30 PM, and they quickly got it installed and had the AC running like new. What makes this even more impressive is that they were supposed to close at 12 PM that day. Instead of turning us away, they stayed late to make sure our car was fixed and ready for the long drive back through the Vegas heat. Their dedication ensured we made it home in time for work and the kids' school on Monday. Truly outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. If you're in the area and need a trustworthy shop, I can't recommend them enough!

I am forever grateful on the job they did and the meticulous care they gave my vehicle And i look foward to the truck going another 100,00 miles no problem These are the guys!!! Alberto's isn't your typical automotive shop. There's no waiting room and it's kind of difficult to find. That being said, the father and son who run the shop were very nice and efficient. My husband took our vehicle in for an oil change. The price wasn't cheap, but it seemed about what other shops were quoting so it was fair. And everything is more expensive right now. It's always scary trying to find a new automotive place. We picked Alberto's because the Yelp profile said they had a waiting room and their reviews were good and they had supposedly been in business 20 years. I think their Yelp profile needs updating because they don't have a waiting room and the father told us they've been in business 2 and a half years and the son said 4 and a half but Yelp said 20 years. So we don't know what to believe, but they did a great job! :D I don't want to give the wrong impression. We would go back there again for an oil change. We prefer supporting small businesses. I just think you need to be aware of what you're getting into so you're prepared for what the experience will be so you don't judge them too harshly.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now…read more My husband and I were preparing for a road trip to the LA area and decided to stop by Tom's for a brake quote before heading out. We had budgeted around $200 for the job and figured we were being responsible by getting things checked first. After waiting nearly an hour and 45 minutes, we were told not only did the brakes supposedly need to be replaced, but the rotors also needed replacing. Total quote? Over $400. Obviously, we didn't have that kind of money at the time, so we left stressed out, thinking we'd just have to take the trip and pray the car made it safely. While in LA, we happened to run into a friend who's a mechanic. We told him what Tom's had quoted us, and he kindly offered to take a look if we bought the parts. So we did. He lifted the car, inspected everything, and immediately told us the brakes were still about 90% good and the rotors were perfectly fine. They only needed cleaning. So now I'm left asking: how does a shop go from "everything urgently needs replacing" to "there's barely anything wrong" ? That's not a small difference. That's an extreme opposite diagnosis. At best, it was gross incompetence. At worst, it feels intentionally dishonest. Either way, it completely destroyed my trust in this place.
