If you are looking to get boudoir photographs, your search is over! I went to Bedhead Photography last week to get photos for my 12 year wedding anniversary present. Once I saw my pictures I realized this was not only an awesome gift for my hubby, but also an incredible gift for myself as I feel so beautiful! From beginning to end to experience was professional. After booking the photo shoot, they send you a detailed guide that outlines how many outfits you need and what the day will feel like. Then weeks leading up to the shoot, they check-in with you to answer any questions, confirm you have enough outfits, and even suggest you take note of the poses they have in their online gallery to see if you have any favorites. The day of the shoot is complete pampering. I went with a girl friend who was also getting photos for her husband and it was really fun to do together. When you arrive, there is champagne and then you discuss hair/makeup looks with the stylist. By the time you are getting into your first outfit, you are feeling/looking like a million bucks. The photographer helps you get into the poses you so you don't have to worry about looking too cheesy. They have MASTERED how to get you into the sexy poses that make everyday moms (like me) look like a seductive victoria secret model. The final product is incredible photos. I had a hard time just picking the 20 photos I wanted for my album - which says a lot given that I have had 2 c-sections and I have some loose belly skin. The entire experience from contacting Angela via email with questions to receiving my photos has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped off the train, I felt like a princess thanks to the efforts of Angela Keefe at BedHead Photography. When I initially set up the appointment, I had a few concerns with how everything would turn out since I am a very modest person with little experience posing for pictures let alone sensual pictures. Prior to my photo session, Angela and I kept in contact through email and she even called me to go over exactly what we would be doing during my photo shoot and what I could do to prepare for it. When I stepped off the train, Angela was there to pick me up and take me back to her studio. Upon arrival, she took me throughout her studio to show me the different rooms she had staged for the photos and I must say the rooms were very classy! I could not wait to get in there and start shooting. While I was getting my hair and make-up done, Angela was talking me through everything showing me pictures of what she would like me to do....she really made me feel at ease! During the photo shoot, she made me feel beautiful! Never once did I feel insecure, embarrassed, or ashamed! I selected Bedhead Photography for my boudoir session after researching area photographers via the internet and emailing questions back and forth with Angela. I felt Bedhead was the best value based on my comparisons and all the online reviews I read online were positive. When I arrived I was treated like an old friend which made me more comfortable. I had a glass of champagne while I had my hair and makeup done. The hair and makeup was perfect! Next we got started. Angela reviewed photos I brought to get an idea for what I was interest in and set me up in many of those poses as well as poses she thought were appropriate for me. Angela helped me change from one outfit to the next; we all know some of those corsets are a 2 person job! I was very comfortable working with Angela in what could be very awkward. When I received the link for the photos I couldn't believe they were of me. They turned out WAY better than I ever could have imagined. There was not one bad photo in the bunch. I recently had an amazing experience in working with Bedhead Photography, for the boudior photoshoot I did for my fiance. The photographer, Angela, works in a way that differentiates her business through people, products and service. Right from the start, I found her to be super accomodating, very friendly and I quickly learned that she has creative talent beyond words. Doing this photoshoot was completely out of my comfort zone. I went into it feeling self-conscious and really nervous about all aspect of this. Angela encouraged me to meet with her a few weeks beforehand, which allowed me the opportunity to talk through some of her work and my thoughts on how I wanted my photos/album to turn out. This really helped to make our second meeting (the actual photoshoot) very comfortable. At the shoot, she made it such an easy, fun experience. This was my very first boudoir experience and let me just say I was nervous! I even texted Angela about how nervous I was and she told me not to worry about it. Finally when the day arrived I was even more nervous but Angela immediately made me feel like I was someone she had known for so long. I honestly felt so at ease with her and like we were friends catching up. We talked about so many things and shared champagne while chatting. She made me feel at home and I forgot that I was nervous. I decided to have photos taken as a wedding surprise for my fiancé. Angela was patient with me before I booked the session and answered all of my questions. The ladies provide prep guides before your session as well. I was nervous but excited when I walked in, and Angela, Paula, and Liz immediately made me feel comfortable. Paula did such a great job making me look and feel fabulous. She totally exceeded what I imagined -- I love how my hair and makeup turned out. 5 HUGE STARS!!!! I decided to get as a wedding gift for my now hubby, the look on his face was the best gift I could have ever got! The pictures are so sexy and making him speechless was the icing on the cake! Angela made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked thru her door. The hair and makeup to the outfit changes and having fun with the camera it felt like playing dress up all over again with my girlfriends and was a blast! Bedhead Boudoir was amazing! I was very hesitant to get one of these shoots done, because I thought I would feel so awkward! I needed a little self confidence & decided to do it. They were very responsive the very first request I sent in, I got a text almost immediately. She walked me through the process & gave me available dates (which were super flexible as I am a full time mom & work). When I got to the shoot, it was the most beautiful quaint home & so comfortable. I got my hair & makeup done while sipping champagne & talking. When the shoot started I felt very confident & we had a great time shooting for a good hour or so. The pictures were back to me within a few days & they were beautiful. I went to Angela at Bedhead photography to give a surprise valentines day gift to my husband. Angela's studio is located in a beautiful home, very cozy and comfortable. I wanted to get photos done as a victory to myself for losing weight, and let me tell you I'm so freaking happy I did! Angela and her partner Paula did a fantastic job! I had such a great experience at Bedhead Boudoir! I chose two outfits that were not the typical boudoir look (long sweater and a long dress) and I am so happy with how the photos turned out! I've never had professional photos done before and was nervous that I would look very stiff or not know how I should pose.
