We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted the showroom again to purchase some patio furniture. Elisha helped us select the BEST furniture. Wow, we are amazed at the quality. They even arranged for the furniture to arrive with the awning (which was even ahead of schedule, which was a delight!). The day of installation was flawless. Aidan and Michael installed the retractable awning, Aidan explained all of the awning's features thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. We were excited to try it out!!! We had them installed today 11-8-2024. There was a crew of 4 that installed the windows, it took them about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. There was a bit of miscommunication about a window sill, the outside of one of them ended up being replaced. The crew didn't clean up any of the saw dust or wood chips from removing the old windows. Edit: 1/18/2025. We decided to paint the inside of our house, walls, doors entryways, windows etc. The caulking that Honey Badger used is NOT PAINTABLE. Which is a real bummer. Wish they used paintable caulk. When painting the paint just beads up and shrinks on the caulk. Therefore after painting, you have to wipe off the paint from the caulk because it doesn't dry at all.

After it was completed, I found out there is an issue with the window installation. We cant properly use the window! I texted Bob and he said he would come by it a later date. He completely GHOSTED us. Wont reply at all. His staff installed a roof. We are happy with the roof. We did find nails in the grass for quite awhile. The only issue here is the drip strip was installed before the old gutters were taken off- and has snips for the old gutters, and then the new gutters were installed there's more snips for those. Bob told us that he would come by the following summer to fix/replace them drip strips. No show- no replies. Gave up. He put vinyl siding up out front. We asked for a scalloped siding up at the top. While we were on vacation, he texted a picture of it completed- he ran out if the scalloped and added cedar at the top to finish it. We didnt want cedar there. Back and forth with my husband about that, and he did come fix that. Its not perfect, and cuts are noticable from the street. (That was before he got final payment) He painted 3 sides of our house. The guys showed up, and started painting the bugs and cobwebs to the house. We asked them to stop and come back the following week so that WE could power wash the house. I still cant believe that!! There are paint runs in some places, and I had to go around the house with a paint brush to touch up the undersides of siding that was missed. When the painter ran out of paint-I was the one that ran to Menards and get more- out of MY pocket. And then the windows. We had 2 installed. One is fine. The other, isn't right. I can't slide the top pane of glass down to clean. I texted him right away and he said a family member was in the hospital, and he would come by it a later date to check it out. No more replies after that. So disappointed. I gave him more than enough time to follow thru before posting this review. I hate leaving bad reviews, and try to use small local businesses as much as possible. I want to high school with Bob, and several of our classmates recommended him. Only to find out afyer- they had never actually used him. Seriously disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.
