There is one lady that works there who is rude and annoying (I don't know if she is the office staff or what), once she scolded me for arriving too early and told me I must never do that again. Another time she told me I'm not allowed to use my own lidocaine for my laser hair removal before I come in. I told her that the doctor said it's fine and she said "Well it's not, don't let it happen again" huh? Ok weirdo, not listening to you. But other than that they are great. Sometimes they run behind because they have a lead Dermatologist onsite who does actual medically necessary procedures in office. You can't rush those things. Also my laser girl doesn't rush me so that's probably why there is a wait some days because they actually care to talk to you and ask questions.

If you take the stairs, they will be located on your left. There's a sign that says 1 guest per patient due to COVID. *Service: Melissa was nice and direct with me. Front desk staff was okay. Some people wore masks and some didn't. The atmosphere is cool. Wait times will vary. PROS: they were able to slot me into an appointment the following day. CONS: not open on the weekends.

When I tried to explain further, he said I was yelling. My voice is naturally loud, and when someone like Javier talks over me instead of listening, of course I'm going to raise it more. I'm the customer, not your enemy. If I'm trusting someone to laser my body, I expect the same treatment I had on day one of trusting this company. I've never brought negativity to them, but today changed that. The way they handled my concerns and dismissed how upset I was made it clear that once they got my money, they stopped caring. When it comes to changing appointments, you should respect your patients' time and communicate properly not just decide for them.

I had results after the first session at Removery! I really like the staff. The office is clean and communication is always really clear. I appreciate the appointment reminders. Rescheduling can be mildly inconvenient if you go through the automatic system, but I've never had a problem scheduling my next appointment following a treatment.
