Botched my face and never responded to my call…read more I made an appt at 3:30 for Botox after I had purchased a Groupon . I arrived to my appt 15 mins early as I assumed I would need to complete paperwork. 45 mins after completing the paperwork I was taken into a room which I figured meant I would be seen shortly. I wasn't. I kept waiting patiently until it was finally 6pm. My appt was 3:30! I physically couldn't sit there anymore so I walked out and told the front desk I had to leave for another engagement as I didn't think it would take this long. She was polite and apologized and asked for me to return the next morning. I returned the next morning and received my treatment. Well a week later my face looked uneven and didn't have the same shape it had prior to the Botox. I called and asked what they'd recommend for me to do on my end about the problem areas. I was told to take a picture and text it to her, which I did. I received no response, follow up or advice as to what if anything I could do to normalize my face. They were aware that I previously had lip filler injected 3 months earlier. (I will add that I received the lip filler at another place. NakedMD in mission Viejo and I highly recommend NakedMD) Well the area she injected around the lip completely made my lower lip disappear so now I have a "Simpson" looking lip. My eyelids droop but the side of my face is like stretched sideways so it looks very funny. One eyelid is also higher than the other but both are so high, I had to shave my eyebrows and draw fake ones in. She also injected the area underneath my chin to rid risk of accumulating a double chin but I now have a very noticeable double chin that wasn't there to begin with. All I wanted was to rid of any wrinkles and lift chin/eyebrows... I came out looking like I altered my face. Completely botched. Yeah the wrinkles are all gone alright but so is all my other facial features. I'm upset cus my lips were perfect prior and now it's difficult to even speak orcus of the shape they now are. I also lost all my cheekbone where I also had filler. I don't recommend this place. I don't know if there was some sort of language barrier but either way the fact my face was completely altered and not for the better and nothing was addressed on their end is extremely disappointing.
