Henry was very thorough when it came to giving me an estimate. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. I was getting some more outdoor outlets put in, he asked where I would like them, and gave me suggestions if he didn't think it was a good spot and explained why. He put in a new electrical panel also. I got estimates from different companies. Henry wasn't the most expensive, but not the least expensive either. I felt very comfortable with him and his crew coming into my home to do the repairs. I did have on outlet that wasn't working. He troubleshoot it and found out it was connected to another outlet inside the house that wasn't working. He reset that outlet. I have been using it with no problems. Henry was seriously fantastic. That might sound like hyperbole, but it's, honestly, an understatement. We reached out to a number of electricians for quotes. Every quote was, at least, twice as much as Zel's... if we recieved a reply at all. Henry replied quickly and was at the house in less than 30 minutes to look at the problem, which was a faulty doorbell transformer. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. He left 30 minutes later, HAVING FIXED THE PROBLEM. It was unreal. He had a solution which saved us significant time and money. Most other electricians with whom we'd connected pushed expensive, unnecessary work to resolve the issue. I used Zel to install a Nema 14-50 plug for my EV Charger. They also had to make room in my current panel and pair some plugs together that were in the same room that had there own circuits. What a lifesaver!!! Our fully stocked refrigerator freezer lost power, and we were in a panic. We were sooooo lucky to find this company close to us and so late at night. This electrician came on such short notice at about 10:00 pm, and was able to discover the issue of a loose cable connection to the circuit breaker, connected it back and restored power to the refrigerator, saving everything we just stocked.
