    A complex old lighting system replaced in 2 hours with a modern, simple solution for a reasonable price. Great work.

    Called Quantum Thunder after seeing them referred with great kudos in a Facebook group, and they absolutely live up to their reputation. We had a burned out system of recessed lights and old-style transformers in my daughter's bathroom, and another electrician had quoted thousands. Quantum answered their phone immediately, set an appointment for the next day, and spent a good amount of time assessing the problem. Indeed, fixing the existing system would have been pricey and difficult, as the parts were well-outdated, and would take some hunting or cobbling together of old and new. But rather than try to convince us to do that, they suggested removing the old system entirely and replacing it with a more modern one. While that might have seemed the bigger job, it was actually the simplest thing to do -- and the least expensive. Instead of thousands, the whole job cost $450. The owner, Andrei, is friendly, accommodating, honest and knowledgeable. The other members of his team, whether in the office or on site working with him, were equally friendly, skilled, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and the work is great. They will be my first call from now on, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you've got an electrical issue, absolutely give them a call.

    Andrei answered the phone, gave me a quote and came by the next day. Installed my Tesla wall charger just like I wanted, provisioned cleaned up and made sure I was happy before taking off to the next job. As the install progressed he pointed out how he was both installing to code, and following manufacturer instructions. For turn around time, politeness, great attitude, and straight up quality of work I would reach out to them again anytime! Most tradesmen who drop by think they know what you want better than you, Andrei listened to my desires and did a great Job with those limit's. (Installed in series, 50 amps not 60, provisioned but let me handle the technical/software parts. Conduit is clean and secure, installed ev charger is nicely parallel to it's neighbor, and square to the floor. Some of these basics get bypassed by others.

    Andrei was great! He was friendly, timely, and competitively priced. The install of my EV charger was Great!!!! He also cleaned after! I will be calling back for future needs!

    The location is the only thing saving this review from being a one-star rating…read more I used this Electrify America location a few days ago because it's very close to my home, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. When I arrived, one charger was available, but every time I connected to it, the session would stop after about a minute. I tried reconnecting at least five or six times with the same result. During that time, other chargers became available and were quickly taken by other cars while I was still trying to get the first one to work. It would have been much more helpful if the charger had simply been marked out of service. Once I finally connected to a working charger, I arrived with only 19% battery but saw charging speeds of around 88 kW, even though the charger was advertised as 150 kW. I understand that charging speeds can vary depending on the vehicle and battery conditions, but the difference was significant enough to stand out. The price was also quite high at around $0.72 per kWh. For comparison, I used another Electrify America station in Valencia shortly afterward, paid less, and got much faster charging speeds. The location itself is convenient, but based on my experience, some of the equipment may need maintenance or calibration to perform more consistently.

Yes you can see neimans from here but it's not near it!! I drove around the whole mall until I realized it was on the roof lol. Really impressed with the speed of charging here!! I was a little under 40% and within 30 mins I was close to 100% almost!! There are 6 chargers here. There is always a wait no matter which location you go to but what I liked about this location was that everyone was civilized and waited in a single file line. Clear and concise. Nobody trying to cut the line or get others to end their charging session short like I notice at other locations. If I lived in the area I would enjoy coming to this charging station!

    If you're considering using Beecharged EV to get some charge on your car, don't. Just get a tow. A…read moreminute-by-minute recounting of my awful experience is below. I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.
