I contacted my prior solar company who said the roof was fine and if I wanted it replaced they would have someone out there in about 12-16 months. At that point I tried many avenues to rectify the situation including a complaint as I felt that they just wanted the sale. I could not get any response from my prior solar company other that saying the roof was fine. I called Mystic Solar who put me in touch with their installer who removed and replaced the panels (at a cost to me instead of my prior solar company) The work was done on time and quickly. Mystic Solar followed up to ensure I was happy and they never charged me for their time. In hindsight I wish I had contacted Mystic Solar first. Smaran was great and followed up to ensure the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Mystic Solar for their service, follow up and quality.

We did run into some unexpected delays due to a few outside factors but Earthlight Solar kept me informed the whole time. We went from having a 350-550 dollar electric bill to the panels covering 99-100% of our usage. It's pretty amazing. The company as a whole was great to work with. As I stated we did hit a few issues but a fair amount comes from being in a small town that just moves slower than we wanted. The draftsmanship of the panels / wiring and everything was top notch. They cleaned everything and I didn't find anything left behind! Top notch company and top notch solar panels. Go with them, don't hesitate!

I had to contact my congress person to activate my system. Second problem, my system is 125% over my usage but only covered 70% of the yearly bill. We will see what the future brings. Third problem, D.B. Lunt Electrical Contractors installed a new electrical panel & sub panel then the mySolarEdge phone tracking production & Consumption malfunctioned. D.B. Lunt couldn't fix the problem but was willing to meet SAVKAT to fix it. I've called SAVKAT 3 times and left messages with no follow up. I was told SAVKAT had a ten-year guarantee. Still waiting.
