We were ready to move forward, but due to technical issues on Momentum Solar's side, they were unable to generate or finalize the contract for me to sign that day. The next morning, instead of honoring the agreed-upon pricing, they came back with a new offer that was approximately 50% more expensive. Nothing had changed about my home, the system, or the project requirements. The only thing that changed was the price. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. We had a verbal agreement, and I invested my time in the process based on the understanding that the quoted price was legitimate. Raising the price so dramatically after an agreement was reached completely destroyed my trust in the company. I understand that mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should stand behind the pricing offered by its sales team and management, especially when the customer was unable to sign solely because of the company's own technical issues. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and being extremely cautious before committing to Momentum Solar.

They didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling. They told us things that were not true and then contradicted themselves. If you end up dealing with them, you might be wise to withhold partial payment until you are absolutely sure they have met their obligations. Or get a lawyer to help out. Third problem, D.B. Lunt Electrical Contractors installed a new electrical panel & sub panel then the mySolarEdge phone tracking production & Consumption malfunctioned. D.B. Lunt couldn't fix the problem but was willing to meet SAVKAT to fix it. I've called SAVKAT 3 times and left messages with no follow up. I was told SAVKAT had a ten-year guarantee. Still waiting.
