It was a low period in my life, having moved to an area where abhorrent politics and the people it attracts, permeated everyday life. Gen Kelsang Namdrol, the kindest person ever, led sessions using Buddhist principles to establish balance and personal harmony. I can't tell you how helpful her talks and meditations were to me. As their website states, this is 'meditation and modern Buddhism for everyone' regardless of one's religion or belief system. Donations are $12 per class or $40 for the month.
