I have been going to Zen cleaners for years. They do an amazing job on everything. I bring in some crazy stuff that I need them to do and they have never let me down. I am short so I always have to get my pants hemmed. I also purchase sweatshirts that I have them turn into zip up jackets. You name it they can do it. I have been using them for a few years and after mediocre service will be taking my business elsewhere. I noticed buttons would be missing and thought my shirts were just old, but recently had a couple new shirts with buttons missing. We have been coming here for about a year. In the beginning it was great, unfortunately, recently this place has been crap. Clothes aren't getting clean. Spots all over the clothes. My husband doesn't take his clothes out of the bag until he is ready to wear them. He pulled out a pair of pants and they were torn. Its not a normal wear and tear rip.. Its a strait line rip and frayed seams. We will no longer be coming to this cleaners again. read more

Great customer service, but I miss their old store. Over the years we have loved and trusted Zen Cleaners for all our everyday and especially the tough, emergency cleaning they could do for us as well as other Race Teams, such as John Force Racing when we come into Las Vegas to race. But they have cut their shop in half, and can no longer do the work on site, which limits us to just the everyday no hurry cleaning that anyone can do. Huge stain (still crusty) and a ton a black drag marks... I know things can't be guaranteed to come out but when I examine it in the store and "Emiliana" (store employee) starts screaming at me using the "F" that they don't guarantee stain removal and refuses to clean it again or reimburse me the $89 I just paid for this is terribly upsetting... I was not a happy, and will not ever go back here!!! Recommend highly nobody else does either. Save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable place. read more

This place screwed up my dry cleaning so many times, they added a note to my account and STILL continued to do the same thing. Never again.

According to Yelp their hours are between 7am and 7pm Monday thru Friday. My clothes have been ready to pick up since last Wednesday but I don't get home from work until 6:30. On Monday I went there on my way home and they were closed. It was 6:25pm.... I decided I wouldn't make that mistake again and call this time. I called and no answer...that was at 6:15p. Either the hours are wrong or they close early because they feel like it. My clothes have been ready for pickup for over a week and I can't even get them wtf. Every time I go here they are so nice! They gave me a day my dry cleaning would be done & I needed it the day before that. They worked with me & had it done for me when I needed it by. They used to be great years ago. Dropped off a light colored coat to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up it still had spots on it and didn't look like it was cleaned everywhere. It also had a dark lint all over it like they put it in with dark items. I won't be returning to this business due to the very poor quality of cleaning. read more

When the cheap dry clean place down the street ruined my clothes and don't even want to apologize. I switched to Zen Cleaners. The owner is nice and always there. I have been going to her for a few years now and I have never had any issues. They also do alterations here. I had a couple of my dress pants adjusted here and they did a wonderful job. Although they are a little bit pricey - well, I do like the $2.50 price down the street. They do great jobs and take care of your clothes. So it is definitely worth it. read more

I have tried several other cleaners in the year I have been working in Henderson, and Zen is by far the best. They owners and staff are so polite and welcoming. My clothes always look great, like brand new. Better than with other cleaners, that's for sure. And spots and stains are always removed completely, With other cleaners I have had to ask them to try again. And alterations are a breeze (pants in my case). Terrible I am very unsatisfied. Service started off good and Kathy was nice. Brought in my Wife's baptism dress for my daughter to wear on her baptism. Two flowers on the dress were safety pinned on and I asked for them to be sewn on. Kathy said no problem. Picked up the dress to find a bunch of wires around the flowers when we got home. Took it back Kathy said "oh it's because the dress is old and the wires came out in the wash." She was getting frustrated I even asked about the wires. Then She said cut them off and offered to do it. I said yes please do. She then cut one of the decoration beads off of the dress as I was saying stop wait. I asked why she did that and she said "you wanted me to cut the wire" I said yeah the metal wire what you cut wasn't wire. She didn't apologize for the mistake and actually got even more frustrated with me. Then I look at my suit when I get home and there are lines where the cleaners ironed it with the pockets in leaving marks on my black suit. I would recommend the cheaper cleaners in the next shopping center over next to Tropical smoothie. I thought since I was paying more I would get extra care with my garments.
