Marc Ollis was my contact from start to finish and he was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to making my decisions with the slabs I was choosing for my kitchen countertops. Sometimes one slab was two small for my job or too expensive for my budget, but he didn't mind continuing to quote others as I found them. Once my slab was selected, every other representative from the template person (David), fabricator, (Serge); whom I met in person to decide my layout, to the installers (Harley) and sealer (Dallas) were in touch to confirm when they would arrive to confirming my satisfaction. I even received a follow up call from a person named Tim, whose title I'm sorry I didn't get, to ensure I was satisfied with the installation of my countertops. When we initially asked what our overages would look like she would shrug and say "like nothing not even anything" so it came as a surprise it was $1500 more at the end. The guy who does the measurements real nice, the guys who did the install, also nice. Deb- stay far away. Called these guys after a family member backed into my garage door while pulling the car out…read more Scheduled a time for them to come out the day after I talked to them. They sent 2 technicians who quickly repaired the damage, replacing a broken hinge and resetting my garage door on the track. Charged me a service fee ( around 125, i think?) and for 15$ for replacement hinge. They suggested i replace the plastic wheels on my garage door track to prolong the life of the motor, but weren't pushy when I said no. Can't blame them for seeing an upsell opportunity and asking, and appreciate that they didn't push on it. Overall took less than 30 minutes total from the time they got here. Had a good experience with them and would recommend them if you're in a similar situation and need garage door repair.
