I ended up calling myself and literally had to "prod" for answers about how everything went. Only got "they did well" and no details of anything. I know no news is good news, but I could've used a little more detail instead of one word answers and me being the only one talking. The icing on the cake was when our dogs came home, the one who was w other dogs got EXTREMELY sick and the other who was in private play caught the bug 24 hours later from the first. We know anxiety poops after change of scenery/boarding/etc. this was NOT that and our vet needed to prescribe antibiotics because it continued to last into a week and wasn't getting any better. Not saying the bug is anyones fault, but it's the last straw I needed to never go back. Thanks but no thanks!

I brought my dog in for daycare here a year or so ago, it was one of the most traumatizing…read moreexperiences we've had. Ten minutes before they closed I was stuck behind an accident on the bridge and I began calling to notify staff I was running behind. No one picked up the phone as I called for 15+ minutes. I get there 5 minutes after close (my fault I get it) but the doors were locked and lights were off. No staff attempted to reach out to me via email call or text. I have absolutely no clue where my dog (my emotional support pet) is. Their policy says under these circumstances that I've abandoned my dog and they may give her to a shelter. Again, I have absolutely no idea where she is. Two panic attacks later, I show up the next day, pick my baby up, and take her home. They still charged me, never apologized and claimed they tried to reach out to me. My number and email on the account were correct (I double checked). I'm begging you not to take your dog here, they do not care about you or them even a little. It's been years and still to this day it is the only time I've lost my temper with a service worker. Please please, please, do not bring your dog here.
