When I finally arrived 15 minutes late she was very kind and understanding. Before my facial started I was only scheduled for a Chemical Peel. When I returned for a follow up, instead of addressing my concerns, the supervisor insisted she could not see any wrinkles, despite them being clearly visible. I was then told that "for this amount of money, this is the result you get" and that I would need to pay again for additional units. I was not offered a touch up, refund, or any reasonable solution.
