They claimed to have sent out a mass email a month ago notifying all their customers of this possible issue, I never viewed it and no follow-up was ever sent. According to state law, when you're applying for your medical certification, you must pick a dispensary first. Unless it's word of mouth, you're going in blind. Fine Fettle was recommended by my medical provider, in which she said that patients had nothing but good things to say. First off, dealing with any part of the state is not the easiest thing to do. The people here went beyond the call to help out with a snafu in my application, ( which was the state's fault, but they wouldn't admit). The following was pre- COVID: After my certification was issued, I went there and was pleasantly greeted by staff members. I was taken into a consolation room, and was educated in the purchase of products. Next we went into the sales floor. Very easy on the eyes type layout. Due to federal regs , you have to purchase with cash. No problem, there's an ATM on the floor. Product selection is fantastic. THC and CBD levels and any info is available. Just a footnote, due to state law (again) product is not sold by its street name, as other states do. Go to the site called terpstreet, which is just for Connecticut, and all the info about that strain is there. The people here are so friendly and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience whatsoever. Now for COVID, it's mandatory that you either order online, or by phone. Doing it online is so easy, that I'll probably keep doing it after COVID precautions are lifted. So in a nutshell, if you're new and need a dispensary, or not fully satisfied with your current one, you're making a good choice selecting Fine Fettle.

I was so excited to come here, as these are my favorite gummies. Even though I live in NYC where there are plenty of dispensaries, I always ask my cousin to make an Insa run for me and meet me at the family function when I need to stock up. The shopping experience could not have been a bigger disappointment and I left incredibly stressed. I was asking about other flavors of gummies I haven't tried yet. I asked what the difference was in composition. The store clerk told me they were all different flavors. I said I understand that and asked about composition again. Then said they're all the same because they're 5mg. I couldn't believe I had to hold his hand through this entire interaction and get more specific. So I asked about to THC/CBD ratio and TAC. Then I asked another question that he couldn't answer and quickly realized I should stop and get in line and GTFO of there. Then when he was ringing me up, he told me there was a buy one get one free sale, which is not how the products were rung up. After about 5 excruciating minutes of back and forth, the kind gentleman next to him at the register finally leaned in and told me the BOGO deal is only good for one product. I asked why the clerk didn't tell me that in the first place and he said he didn't know, then the clerk next to him showed him a laminated sign attached to the register that clearly stated the BOGO deal terms and restrictions. This guy couldn't answer product questions and couldn't explain the price of things, so basically he's just a warm body collecting a paycheck. I'll probably be back because I love the gummies, but I'll avoid him next time.

The phone prompt asked me if I would like English or Spanish. So I pushed for English it put me into the queue. The Rep answerd me which location I was looking for ? So I said Manchester Connecticut. The Rep must have been in an Asian country the Rep had a very heavy Indian accent I could barely understand anything he was telling me. Looking for what benefits were available to me it was frustrating to comprehend what the benefits were. Over and over I had to ask for clarification. So I ended the call and called Fine Fettle in Newington and received a totally different experience. Fine Fettle staff answered all my questions and I spoke to someone that was actually in the store. The benefits were much better. As a consumer I can spend my money where I choose so I choose Fine Fettle. Sorry Curaleaf but you folks need to get your customer service fixed. The Rep from Curaleaf was obviously reading from a script and I'm not sure he even understood what he was reading. The delivery from Curaleaf is $150.00 minimum Fine Fettle $100.00 10% discount for seniors and low income the discount would be 15% non stackable. When you have a potential customer who is a senior in a wheelchair looking for answers outsourcing your calls out to an Rep who is extremely difficult to understand just doesn't work. Hopefully this will hit home and they fix this frustrating issue.
