The Rep must have been in an Asian country the Rep had a very heavy Indian accent I could barely understand anything he was telling me. Looking for what benefits were available to me it was frustrating to comprehend what the benefits were. Over and over I had to ask for clarification. So I ended the call and called Fine Fettle in Newington and received a totally different experience. Fine Fettle staff answered all my questions and I spoke to someone that was actually in the store. The benefits were much better. As a consumer I can spend my money where I choose so I choose Fine Fettle. Sorry Curaleaf but you folks need to get your customer service fixed. The Rep from Curaleaf was obviously reading from a script and I'm not sure he even understood what he was reading. The delivery from Curaleaf is $150.00 minimum Fine Fettle $100.00 10% discount for seniors and low income the discount would be 15% non stackable. When you have a potential customer who is a senior in a wheelchair looking for answers outsourcing your calls out to an Rep who is extremely difficult to understand just doesn't work.
