The staff is consistently so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The place is always clean, my order is always correct, and I'm always in and out quickly. That level of consistency is hard to find, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it. Sean is wonderful and always a pleasure to deal with. I also have to give a special shoutout to one of the women who works there -- brunette, usually with her hair in braided pigtails. I unfortunately don't know her name, but she is AMAZING with customers. She is energetic, attentive, personable, quick, and never misses a beat. She honestly has the kind of natural customer-service and sales ability that you cannot teach. Whatever her role is now, she has serious potential for higher-level customer service or sales work. I use the gummies when I need an afternoon boost of pain relief after i get more activity then usual. They sell various cannabis products; from flowers, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, topicals, tinctures, CBD, concentrates, and accessories. There were a wide variety of brands and selections. There is a small parking lot and the building used to be a bank. The place was spacious, clean, and organized. When I first walked in, there was a person at the counter who checked ID's. There were seats and a kiosk in a waiting area; you can order on the kiosk and then wait there. Once the items are ready, you're called into the next room to meet the budtender. They check your ID again and then you checkout with them. If you use a debit card, there will be a $4 charge; it's best to use cash or Dutchiepay which links to your bank account and there is no fee; they also accept Google pay and Apple pay. You can also pre-order on their website and pick-up. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. Check out their website for sales and coupons; currently new customers get discounts. Since this type of establishment is still new to the state of CT, the prices are higher compared to nearby states; this is beyond their control though, so I can't fault them for that. Overall, experience was 5 stars.

I've been getting my vitamins here for a while now. I originally tried it out because of some…read morecoupons I used to see in my local newspaper. I tried it out and discovered high quality vitamins at great prices, especially if you signed on as a member. It cost nothing to join, so I got a membership card and coupons and specials on a postcard or pamphlet in the mail. Shelly, the manager, is usually there when I come in and is always very helpful and informative on the stock and helps me to get the best deals. I came in today and was greeted by her and another associate. The associate asked what I was looking for and took me right to where I could find it and explained the specials. He let me peruse the store without being overly aggressive and bothersome like some places are. He told me that if I needed anything to let him know. I continued my shopping and put my items on the counter and let him know I was still browsing for more. He held my stuff for me behind the register until I was done. I presented my membership card and coupons and was promptly rang up. One of the items was a BOGO(buy one get one), so he went over to the shelf and grabbed another one for me. Thank you Shelly and Rich for another great experience! Luckily it isn't usually busy when I come in and they can hold things behind the register, but I think that it would be a good idea to have baskets to carry your items while you browse
