As a storemanager in retail for nearly a decade, I couldn't even begin to fathom treating a paying customer this way. Because of my "aggressive" dog that I was TOLD was allowed to be in there... after waiting 40 minutes... I was forced to leave. Mind you, AFTER the employee was beyond rude, refused to work out any alternatives for my to receive my medication. To top it all of I was even threatened by a customer! Of course I made a scene in defense but I have NEVER been so disrespected. Oh! And after my compliant via social media, Terravida BLOCKED ME on platforms to ensure this "crazy" severe anxiety patient wouldn't let everyone know how terrible my experience was. Continued: You see, the issue isn't about the dog... your employee was cold and rude from the beginning. I have made it clear on other platforms that the issue isn't about the dog. It's about your employee. YOU ALLOWED a customer to threaten me!!! Of course I'm going to defend myself and frankly I had every right to. I appreciate your kind wishes although, my "pornography offer" was simply encouraging the community to voice there experiences as well. There's multiple sides to every story. Your employee should have addressed matters in a completely different fashion. Learn to accept accountability for your people.

Life is way too short for you to get in such a tizzy over waiting 30 minutes for your weed. I've waited longer at CVS and they've screwed up my prescription countless times! Never had that problem with TerraVida. Not even once. In fact, EVERYONE at TerraVida is friendly and very willing to help you. The folks at TerraVida go out of their way to take time explaining the products and answer any questions you might have. And the pharmacist on staff is excellent as well! The pharmacist that I met with helped me to get off two prescription drugs and I am thrilled! The "bud tender" Coby and Zane that I usually see are fantastic and know their chemistry! Thanks to guys like them, I'm sleeping for the first time in years. YEARS!! And finally starting to learn how to manage my chronic pain. TerraVida is a lifesaver! I wish there was one in Doylestown!

They took some of their high-demand strains and started arbitrarily charging more on them to protect their margins. They changed their "system" in a massive overhaul with no warning to patients in a way that not only made everything slower and more difficult, but also exposed my and others' personal data without consent in the process. Whoever makes these decisions for the company should be ashamed, I'm sure it reflects in their numbers, being how much competition is so close, even 2 intersections away. The staff themselves are pleasant, but the shopping experience leaves much to be desired anymore.

There is metered parking surrounding the shop. You can use quarters or the parking app to pay the $1.50 per hour. They have a basket of quarters when you walk in if you need some for parking. They referred to it as their free parking which was cute. The space itself is an old fire house right off the strip that runs through town. Jesse is the owner and will check you in with your ID so do not forget to bring that! The owner is super welcoming and interesting to talk to if she's not to busy. She is currently living above the dispensary with hopes of turning it into a consumption lounge which would be so perfect for the community and visitors. In addition to a great selection of cannabis they have some cool stuff for sale and table of free goodies including Narcan kits which I gladly took. They have a lot of brands and products I've never seen in the larger dispensaries around NJ which is always fun to find.
