When I showed up, the nice lady at the front desk greeted me politely and offered some refreshments before my appointment. The whole vibe of this place was so peaceful and tranquil! Like he uses the stones to try scraping my head off from my shoulders, I think he was scraping my neck and accidentally hit my head a couple of times, that's why it hurts. Presenting the gift card, the female masseur shifted her mannerisms and guided him to the room. With no further direction and no blanket for cover she entered after 10 mins of waiting and starts the massage. Not 2 mins in enters another costumer. Being the only masseuse there, she tends to the man with cash and puts him in the room next store and try's to pass my friend to someone else. She tried to call for back up so my friend would have to wait. After refusing to wait, my friend tried to explain that he had an appt. The lady then goes next door and apologizes to the guy and sends him off. She then comes back, coldly finishes the massage within 45 mins. My friend not only lost time but didn't get to enjoy what is suppose to relaxing due to the constant interruption. When I arrived, she let me know there would be about a 15-minute wait, which was no problem at all. The waiting room was comfortable and I loved the dim lighting. The entire place was extremely clean, including the bathroom, which really stood out to me because I've been to other massage places where the bathrooms weren't very clean. The front desk staff was also very friendly and never pressured me into anything. I booked a 60-minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Wendy. I also added CBD oil and cupping. Wendy was wonderful! She was respectful, professional, and worked in a private room. Before even starting, she asked whether I preferred light, medium, or hard pressure. Since I was in a lot of pain, I chose light. She checked in with me throughout the massage and again at the end to make sure I was comfortable. Unfortunately, it's very loud, and there doesn't seem to be much consideration for keeping voices down. From the moment customers walk in, they're greeted very loudly. Other customers also tend to speak loudly, and staff don't encourage them to lower their voices. On top of that, staff members often shout to each other across the room, which is distracting and inconsiderate--especially for people who come here to relax and unwind. That's really the only thing I think they could improve. If they offered quieter appointment times with less foot traffic and fewer distractions, I would gladly schedule my massages during those hours.

I asked for a 60-minute massage, which was $60. My therapist was waiting by the door and asked me to pay first -- fine, that's normal. I requested light oil (since I didn't want to feel greasy afterward) and deep pressure. There were a few moments when she actually hit the right spots, but most of the time it felt like she was just rubbing oil on my back with no real technique. About 30 minutes in, she suddenly stopped and told me I needed to pay $20 more if I wanted a full hour. I explained that I already paid for an hour and we had agreed on that from the start. We went back and forth about it, and I finally said fine -- I'd pay the extra $20 (which I had planned to give her as a tip anyway). Then she told me she was too tired and that she was done. She literally refused to continue the massage. I was stunned -- I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.
