Come here if you like to feel angry after your massage. I came here for some neck and shoulder work because they have those 45 degree chairs you sit face forward in. The sign says $1/min and I opted for 20 minutes and paid $20. The massage was ok, the lady didn't have much technical skill, but at least she put some muscle into it so i'd say the massage was unsatisfying, but not worthless. HOWEVER, after 18 minutes on the chair the lady ended the massage. That's fine, it's hard work, I get it. I pull out a $10 bill for a tip and ask if she could give me $5 back. My massage lady took the bill out of my hands, scoffed at me, and walked away saying "no." WTF just happened? I walk to the front and the lady is waiting for me to leave, and I ask again "can I get $5 back?" She says "no." I ask her what she means and she tells me that $10 is the tip. I said $10 is a 50% tip, and that I already paid $20 for the massage. She tells me "$20 goes to the boss, this is for me." I told her that she needs to talk to her boss about that, and to give me my $5, but she turned away and would not give me my money back. I was short on time so I left because this battle wasn't worth it. tl;dr DO NOT COME HERE. This place is magical, I have been looking for a great foot massage place around my area and did my homework and found this place and OMG I am glad I came here. So as you enter you are greeted by a very nice lady asking what services you are intrested in, I originally go there at 11am and the person who does the foot massage did not get there until 2pm so I suggest you call in advanced and make sure you ask for Owen he gets an A++ from me, so like I was saying you pay as you enter the establishment then they sat me down on a massage table/chair Owen started of with a quick 10 minute skull, arm and hand massage then move onto the feet for what seemed to be 40 minutes and finished off with a back, shoulder and leg massage. I thougt an hour was not going to be enough but it ended up being just fine and for only $40. Came here with my gf for 2 ppl 1hr hot stone massage. The masseuse would step away every time the phone rang or someone walk in which is constant for both of us during our massage. The constant interruptions never allowed me to get a good experience or relax. If you like intervals of five seconds in between touching you this is the place for you. There was a customer outside screaming at my masseuse when she stepped away one of the times that he had to wait 3min while I was waiting in the masseuse bed staring at the ceiling hearing him complain like a child. I never write yelp reviews but I have to on this... I used to come to this place A LOT. But lately they have just been sloppy. Their prices are reasonable but they don't give you a full hour as promised. For instance, this past time I went and I asked for a full body massage and I asked them to focus mainly on my shoulders and my feet. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH MY FEET! He grabbed my foot punched the bottom of it and said okay get dressed and walked out. When I had asked how much a 10 minute foot massage would cost they told me to come next time. Then when I got in my car I realized that an hour hadn't even passed... I got there at 3pm and when I got in my car it was 3:50pm... I'm never coming back. If you want cheap, you're good. Sakura Foot Spa, is open till 9:00pm and it just work out perfect. Just in time, they were able to accommodate me for a late massage. The overall the place is clean, quiet, darker colors and the background music is soothing, this sets the tone to relax and receive a long over due massage.. The staff are friendly and a bit quiet as they should be when giving a massage, but they do speak Chinese and barely any English. I've been to this place 2x for body massage and in both times the ladies who did my massage kept going out of the room 3-4x either to assist with new customers or just to talk to their co-workers. My second time, there was this other lady who went into the private room where i was having a massage and just made a conversation with my masseuse. And with all those interruptions, they are included with the 1 hour I paid for, Also, i have been to other massage place, but this is the first one where i was asked to pay first and then I was told that I can give the tip later which was fine with me (This was during my second visit). Wanted to start my Birthday weekend off relaxing this place is across the street from home so I decided to give it a try. Took my 11 yr old son with me (his first time). Been here about 5 times for the full body massage. Overall pretty good body massage but it really depends on the masseuse. Two of the five masseuse were outstanding with all having different techniques. I also had 1 foot massage which was very good. However, once again i believe your experience depends on the masseuse. I was suffering from sciatic pain for about a week. I tried the chirp and other things. Nothing was working and I was in serious pain. I then met a little angel called Cindy. I told her my problem and she went to town. She focused on my sciatic nerve for over an hour. I was sweating by the end of my massage but she seriously healed me. With in a day or two the pain had subsided and I finally had relief. Problem is she is not always there and it's hard to get a hold of her. The price is about 35-40 dollars for an hour. And I think it's 65 for an hour an a half ( don't quote me) but that's the ball park more or less. read more

Had basic foot massage which included scalp and arms - no back massage. Pressure was very light on head, neck and arms - like just moving my skin around. A lot of time spent on feet which I liked - I told him to increase the pressure and it was much better after that. The entire experience was affected by the loud banging going on next door - a restaurant I think. It was like the constant clanging of those old-fashioned metal trash cans. Went in for the $20 foot massage. They talked me into a $35 foot massage special that was going on which would include hot stones at the end. I was asked to pay before the massage, which I did. Guess what? The massage ended and I didn't get any hot stone treatment. I asked the masseuse about it, he didn't speak English and called the woman who had checked me in. She explained that they couldn't do the hot stones because of the warm weather; it would not be good for me to raise my body temperature with the stones. I'm sure I could have argued and gotten my $15 back, but I didn't feel like getting in a fight. I felt like they purposely cheated me. On another note, I have had many massages over the years at various places, and I have never had a masseuse get so uncomfortably close to my private parts. I cringe at giving this place one star. Started by coming in with a coupon that I was given for $5.00 off and it also had the prices on there. Well the lady at the front desk just said "no more accept, new management" and I asked her about the prices and she said the same thing. I should have walked out then just for the lack of customer service. I didn't. I went ahead and paid the $50.00 for the "hour" massage that started at exactly 2:05 PM. It was the worst massage I've ever had. She kept hurting my feet and then had the nerve to tell me it was because I don't exercise enough. And of course this was in between her answering and talking on the phone. After that joy, we went on to room one where she pressed on my butt until it was painful and I told her and she kept doing it. And of course that was after another customer had come in and walked out for whatever reason and another one of the girls had to tell her the whole story. Yes, she left my room mid massage to go talk to another employee about why the last customer left. After the calls and the 5 or 6 minute conversation with that gal, the massage ended at 2:53 PM. That would total a whole 48 minutes minus all the calls and conversation that she left me for. Complete horror and I would NOT recommend and I would NOT go back.
