First time I tried this place and I am not sorry to say it was horrible! Horrible, horrible, horrible venue. It is so dirty. I kept telling the masseuse to be less aggressive and she IGNORED my request. My back and legs were hurting by the time I got out. She also kept touching my face and I told her to stop, and she did it one last time! Lastly, when I was leaving she asked me for a tip. I didn't give one because I didn't feel well served to give a tip. She replied with a very rude remark, "oh it's ok clearly you don't have money" LOL!!! Well, clearly Someone who doesn't have money does not go in for a $50 massage (which was advertised as $39.99 yet she charged me $50) and was still trying to get a tip. I think there was another management change since the last I was here in 2015. Anyways, decided to come again and was utterly disappointed. Not only did my massage get interrupted with some rude people coming in as soon as my massage started, being all loud and obnoxious, but my masseuse wasn't all that great either. I got the $30 1/2 hr foot and 1/2 hr body. Back massage was just up and down strokes...no acupressure. Barely any foot massage. Face and head massage was good until she rubbed my hair and rubbed around my face a little after. Wth! That's gross! My limbs were done better but that's only 1/3 of the massage. $30 combo massage consisted of 20min feet & 40min body. I was a walk in without an appointment however I was taken without wait. I had an older man by the name of Jason. RECOMMENDED. I really loved the idea of less feet and more body time, my back is killer. I also liked that the whole 20/30 min chair and bucket of water was skipped and we were able to get right to the massage. Definitely never coming back. Let's start from the very beginning. I wanted to get the 2 hour massage and the lady looked at me crazy as if I couldn't pay for it, then she had the nerve to say I need to pay first and had the most schocked face when my card went through. As I'm writing in the tip she's hovering over and watching me write. When she saw my tip she gave me a dirty look and made me give her more. Keep in mind TIPS ARE NOT MANDATORY THEY ARE GRATUITY. Anything I leave outside of my bill should be appreciated not expected. Then I get shown to my room and undress with a towel over me. The lady walks in and goes back outside, leaving the door wide open. I hear the two arguing for at least 10 minutes and she comes back in. It felt like she was angry the entire time because of how rough she was. What made me the most uncomfortable was the fact she left the door wide open as I'm only in a towel. I wanted peace and quiet after working tirelessly and this was my one day off I've had in 2 months. I should have immediately asked for a refund and left from the very beginning when she made me tip her more than what I originally left but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday I woke up after sleeping wrong, with a stiff, sore neck and back. This morning it wasn't any better so I reached out to see if I could get in today for a massage. She got me right in! I had a 90 minute deep tissue full body massage for $65. No frills, but what do you expect at that price? The massage was incredible and I left with no pain whatsoever. Like other reviewers stated, she asked for payment up front....but absolutely did not ask for the tip. Afterwards, since I had already paid, I started to leave and realized I had forgotten to tip her. I had paid for the massage in cash so I didn't have to pay the service charge... so unfortunately that left me with only $10 for the tip.....much less than 20%, and I certainly thought it was worth at least 20%, but she smiled and didn't say a word. So I just experienced one of the best massages ever. I got there around 6pm, & waited about 10 mins w/o an appointment. I went to get a cup of water & this nice woman offered me hers. It turned out to be Amy my massage specialist. She was AMAZING!! My deep tissue massage with hot rocks was OUTSTANDING!!! Amy took away all my knots & stress. !!!! BEWARE !!!!! LADY ATTACKED ME !!!! DO NOT come here EVER. I came in today for a 40$ 1 Hour massage, It was BELOW average and I was so cold. She put COLD oil on my back and used COLD towels to dry the oil off after the massage. She spent 85% of the time massaging ONE place on my back and it was more stressful than relaxing. After my massage I told her I had no cash to tip, and after being unpleased with my massage I wasn't planning on tipping regardless. But she INSISTED and told me log into my BANK ACCOUNT on her phone to transfer her tip money????? While sighing and glaring at me the whole time, so I asked "why are you so upset? Tip is optional and you shouldn't treat customers this way" She LOST it and started yelling at me and calling me dumb and not from America. I then told her that this is TERRIBLE customer service and she should NEVER act this way and told her I'd be leaving a negative review and walked out. As I walked out she THREW a cup of water at me and tried to lock the door from behind me. I opened the door and told her I would call the police. She then cursed at me and I decided to just let it go and leave. As I was leaving she CHASED AFTER ME with a long wooden stick!! I feared she would try to damage my car so I grabbed the stick from her and threw it. She then ran into the shop saying SHE would call the police on me and locking the door. PS THE door was LOCKED and the SIGNS were off when I arrived so it seems they are doing sketchy behavior and STAYING OPEN when they have restrictions and SHOULD be closed. This is illegal and I was ASSAULTED here. NEVER come here, keep in mind this is on CHRISTMAS EVE where I just wanted a massage and to enjoy the holidays before I go back to work! Highly disappointed in hearing the ordeal my parents had to deal with. After paying for the $40 for the hour massage my father tipped what he thought was an appropriate tip for a subpar massage, was suppose to have hot stones added to his massage and it wasn't. After offering the tip he thought was appropriate the "therapist" held out her hand, insisted and demanded more tip, blocking his exit and audibly upset that he wasn't tipping her more. At that point my mother gave her the extra $5 she was demanding for too just to be able to leave. They are never coming back here again. Called this morning and she got me right in. I was impressed, for only $40 I got a full body massage (head, face, arms hands, back legs EVERYTHING) also hot stones which felt incredible. I see so many reviews about her asking for a tip. She never asked me got a tip. However, I tipped her well, much deserved. I paid $40 bucks for an hour of deep tissue and the therapist I had was pretty thorough and not lazy. The woman that did my massage stretched out my legs and arms and back during the massage as well and I didn't realize how great that would feel!
