I really enjoyed coming here. The shopping center was really cute and quiet but still steady amount of people. I walk in and there's a few stations for manicures and pedicures. There's only 3 people there but they were able to take anyone who walked in. I got a nexgen manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was great! He really took his time and cleaned up my feet and I needed it lol for my hands she did really well. The main reasons it's 3 and not 5, my nails were different shapes and on my pinky there's a chunk that if I took off it would also take off some that's on my actual nail. And I wasn't offered a drink even though anyone who came in after me was, it's no big deal but it was definitely a little uncomfortable after I noticed it. I am definitely going back and hopefully the previous issues will be resolved because I really want to give them 5 stars! They were so nice and they even had a little nail shape chart at the front in case you don't know the difference/still deciding. read more

I tried Zen Nails for the first time today and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I asked for acrylic nails with an acrylic tip, and wanted my nails shaped square and wide. I did not get anything I asked for. My nails are uneven and mis-shaped. The gentleman that did my nails seemed very inexperienced and he cut me with the drill. Needless to say I will not be going back. I am not happy with my nails at all. I sat there for 3 hours for such horrible work. read more

Terrible customer service my tail tech was on the phone during my whole manicure. I was tossed around between 3 technicians, None of which could properly cut my cuticles. I will say the last technician did paint my nails well. All in all mediocre gel manicure and pedicure. Definitely not worth my $53. read more

Everyone in the spa was very friendly, hence the two stars. The actual Shellac service was really not that great to say the least. The manicurist who took care of me was on her phone multiple times throughout the service. I had asked for squoval shaped nails before she started filing, and stated I only wanted them taken down a little. My nails are now uneven, some are even longer on the sides then the center. The Shellac was applied so thickly that it didn't cure properly, it started crinkling while it was curing the UV lamp. (I work in a salon in Massachusetts thus I know that the crinkling is nor normal, and should not be aloud to walk out of the salon like that) The service which should take about 45 minutes, ended up taking much closer to 1-1/2 hours. By the time I got home the Shellac was already lifting, Im assuming it has something to do with it not curing properly. It did seem that some of the other manicurist had a better idea of what they were doing... All together I was VERY disappointed in my service. Hopefully they'll improve their quality control in the future and properly educate their staff before letting them work with a new product. Most enjoyable pedicure I've ever had. The staff was very nice and very fun. I enjoyed joking around with them. It has been so long since I've had a pedicure and my cuticles and heels needed much attention. The tech took his time and did a fabulous job. They helped me pick out a fun summer color (I tend to gravitate towards warm winter colors). I am very pleased with the service, the techs and the quality of their work. I went with a friend and her daughter who were also very happy with their pedicures. I plan to go back today to get my nails done. read more

I should have left when I had the chance after waiting in cold water for a pedicure for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a nail tech. This was by far the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The nail tech didn't massage my feet/legs, and MADE MY TOENAIL BLEED (a problem I've never had). I was so excited to try this nail salon and was extremely disappointed. I ended up leaving without the service I asked for because I was concerned my toenails would end up ruined. Don't waste your time. There are much better nail salons in Wellington. read more

I came here because we were in town for a friends birthday party. Decided on this place because it had some good reviews. As I sat down I got worried cause they had a sign offering a $5 gift card for those who reviewed them on yelp. I went in for a set of acrylics. They were very nice but it felt very rushed and it showed in their work. The nails were uneven and there are bumps in the nail. They were also poorly filed and there is excess acrylic on the sides of my nails. They also left a significant gap between the nail and cuticle. The polish was also very sheer.. just overall sloppy. Now I have to wait for my usual nail tech back at home to fix or even redo them. read more

It's true, the staff is friendly. They were able to accommodate me and two friends the same day, however, I made three appointments for the 'ultimate zen spa treatment,' and when I arrived they only had time to do two of these, so one in our party had less service. Before I left I could see my part of my gel manicure had rough spots, the associate was able to fix on nail. Had to return the next day for the other two nails. This spa charged approximately 15% more than their competitors. I'll continue to search for another. read more

I loved the service I received JUST this evening! The nail technician, Kenny, was very friendly and informed me of my options as I came in wanting a Shellac manicure after getting a gel manicure at another nail salon which I was unhappy about. My nails are naturally very weak and Kenny told me about Nexgen as a less damaging alternative to the Shellac. They're pricey, $45 for pink and French manicure, but in my opinion, worth it! I decided to go to Zen Nail Spa because I wanted to go to a salon that offered "Shellac". I have trouble with keeping the "Gelish" brand on for longer than two days. I made an appointment for my mother and myself at 6 they close at 7. When first arriving everything seemed fine, there was only one technician available which I was informed of when I made the appointment, so I waited patiently. When another technician was available, he was in a complete rush, probably because it was now 6:30 and he wanted to go home. He proceeded to leave many imperfections in the polish on my toes. I realized when he went to do my shellac manicure that he planned on using the "gelish" base and top coat and only the "shellac" polish for color.I explained to him that I only wanted "shellac", after a small argument with him he proceeded to retrieve the one shellac top and base coat in the entire salon from the technician who was working on my mother and completely rushed through my manicure. LADIES I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT A SLIGHT RUSH! I AM TALKING A FULL BLOWN RUSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH through my manicure. He went so fast that he filed my nails after the shellac was applied! I am so unsatisfied with the entire experience! He left nail polish on my fingers, not only around the nail and cuticle but on the pads of my fingers! I have to say I will never step foot in the salon again, I should have know that it was a bad decision when I realized that none of the technicians had displayed certificates validating that they are in fact legally allowed to do the services they offer. Not worth your money, there are a million different nail salons to choose from, your best bet if you want to walk out feeling as if you received your moneys worth is to simply go somewhere else. Before entering the salon I read the two previous reviews on yelp and I decided that I would not judge them based on two review because a lot of times they can be misleading, however after experiencing it for myself, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO. read more
