Their website was well done and very informative for me when I was doing more research on them, I especially love how they're a local business thats been open since before the pandemic and still go above and beyond for their patients. Starting with the booking of the appointment, it's not only quick and easy but I'm reminded via text message a couple of times before the visit to make sure I don't miss it. The place itself is modern, with cutting technology and as spotless as a dental office should be. In general, going to the dentist can be stressful, it's certainly something I'm personally not looking to it but Relax and Smile's folks get the best out of me every single time I'm there. It's a fun experience actually, or better say, they make it fun for me. I have got several procedures done at this place, that includes multiple cleanings (at least 4 so far) and Invisalign and I can't complain at all. One important aspect for me is the financials and they have been clearly layout for me, as well as the treatment options. As for the procedures, everything has been perfect. Dr. Santos has been my dentist since day 1 and she has been great. I have been going through the Invisalign journey since mid last year and Milly, my ortho technician, has made the experience much better than what it could be. I had Invisalign done 15 years ago at a different place and while it was also good, this experience has been unmatchable.
