Pool is outdated all cushions are stained, no attendants, old towels etc. The front desk staff felt cold and inconvenienced by basic questions, which added to the overall disappointment. The massages themselves were good, but overall this felt more like a hotel add-on than an actual spa experience -- especially at these prices.

After their appointments, a woman in the waiting room started harassing them for not sitting down. They were polite and explained they were waiting for someone. She could see there was no one at the front desk. She started insulting them and told them to go wait outside. She was so strange that they left and came out to the car without conducting their business. I went back in to see what was happening and there still wasn't anyone at the front desk. The provider stepped out and started talking about setting more appointments but I wanted to know why my children were chased out of their doctor's waiting room by some crazy woman. The provider said the woman wanted them to sit down and wait opposed to standing at the front desk. She asked me to call back and report the woman to the manager because she had no control over the people in their waiting room. I called but the office manager was high strung and making excuses for what happened. They did refund our money for the last appt we didn't set but it was not the full amount. They struggle with computers and payments and make excuses for that too. This was not the professional, calm experience we expected from a drs office. I think this office is geared towards vanity services and product sales and not actual patient care dermatology. Lesson learned. We will not be back. There are many professional dermatologists in the area who can provide a safe environment for their patients.

The vibe, feel, idea, decor and staff friendliness would all be a five star rating. My husband says his massage was five stars. However, my massage was a one star. She pulled on my toes and my fingers and that was not pleasant, she massaged my scalp so hard that I got an Indian burn on my head from my hair and her fingers. She forgot my name, and I really just did not enjoy my massage. I really wanted to love this place as we were looking for a new place to do memberships. Unfortunately, we are doing our memberships for the next six months at another spa.
