Wanting to try Thai yoga/massage for the first time, I signed up for a 50 minute session on the mat followed by a 50 minute signature massage in case the Thai session was not for me. Chance was my therapist for both, and the experience was extraordinary. He walked me through what to expect and made adjustments along the way to personalize the treatments. Everyone working at this location was beyond sweet and helpful, I didn't catch everyone's name unfortunately or I'd mention them all, but I talked to Jayden quite a bit and she's lovely! I ended up doing a couple sauna sessions and compression therapy session because I felt run down and it revived me. The studio is clean and very comfortable, loved the chairs for the compression therapy and the backrest in the sauna. The sauna was also hot every time and they provide plenty of towels, which are things I've had issues with at other studios. I will definitely come back next time I'm here!

You literally lose track of time, your body finally relaxes, and your mind just shuts off in the best way. You can go pitch black or keep a soft blue light on, which made it even more relaxing depending on the vibe you want. 10/10 recommend if you're dealing with pain, stress, or just need to reset. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. My husband and I also spent our 1st anniversary here in July 2025 we did a couples package it was amazing we both left feeling great.
