So I'm reviewing based solely on the return experience I had- I had an online receipt (sent to my email) and first the customer service lady asked me "that's supposed to be a Walgreens receipt?", which was accusatory and rude in my opinion. I was returning foaming face wash that they didn't sell at this particular store: but you can return it to any store with receipt. Anyways- next the lady asks me "you sure you got this at Walgreens?!" Even though it was in-front of her face in black in white on the receipt that I did in-fact buy it at Walgreens. She couldn't get it to scan then sent me to someone named "Milly" in cosmetics who I will say was SUPER nice and not accusatory and mean like the older woman up front. Thanks!

I had run out of contact lens fluid (I went…read morethough half a bottle trying to save my lenses from accidental exposure to a hot pepper) and they usually sell it in the "trial and travel" aisle. I found that section in the back of the store but it was very out of stock. Thankfully, the regular "eye" section of this Walgreens had a variety of contact lens solutions to choose from. All of them rather expensive even with the Walgreens "membership" discount. I bought the smallest bottle they had and paid for it quickly. The store is in clean and tidy, laid out the same as other Walgreens I've been to across the USA. Once you're inside, this could be Fort Worth TXX or Berkeley Springs WV or Shelby NC. Very formulaic. I just don't have confidence in the retail part of this Walgreens. The pharmacy has always been so…read morewonderful and my family will continue using them. Unfortunately though, their cashiers give out false information regarding the use of masks in their store. I called earlier this week when I arrived and I saw a sign about masks outside. I ended up just not having mine for that day, so I wanted to call ahead to see if we were allowed to come inside without one. I would only be inside for probably five minutes or less but want to just call ahead of time to double check. Upon calling I spoke to a woman who stated And confirmed tons of different information. She originally told me that yes they require all customers to have a mask. Then she retracted that statement and said well we don't require everybody to wear them but we highly highly suggest that they do for safety. So now I'm confused more than ever, I also don't feel confident going into this location seen as she would've been the cashier to check me out as well too. I still don't know if Walgreens requires them or not given the information that their employee relayed to me. I ended up just heading down to target to grab all of my items real quick.

Not sure what is happening with this Walgreen's Pharmacy. I have always had great service and no…read moreissues there. Until this past month. I needed a refill on a prescription that I have been getting regularly for some time. I got an email and text saying that the refill was denied by my Dr. That would be strange seeing how this is the dr that prescribed the medication. I called the dr's office. They had no idea why it would have been denied. The sent in the prescription again. Again I got a message from Walgreens saying it had again been denied. So now I called Walgreens. They had no Pharmacy tech said they got the prescription. A half hour later, I received another message saying it was again, denied by the dr. This time I went up to Walgreens. My prescription was there. I asked why I kept getting the denial messages. The Pharmacy Tech gave me some story about how they automatically get denied, but then they go through!!! WHAT???? It just seems like there are some internal issues that need to be fixed. I have had a few other smaller issues that have me thinking that I may need to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
