If I could give this business zero stars I would. I bought a groupon for 3 Brazilian waxes and the day of as I was driving out my gps made a mistake and i missed my exit. This business is in a residential area in this woman's home, which I was not made aware of until the night before. I would never do a professional Brazilian waxing in a person's home for hygienic and personal reasons but at this point I had already bought the groupon. Also important to note that this was not made clear anywhere on the groupon. To make matters worse, as I was driving I was texted and notified that if I was more than 5 mins late the appointment would be canceled and Dotti would refuse to see me. I immediately responded that i was 2 minutes away and was so sorry as I was not familiar with this residential area and got turned around on the commute. I arrived 7 minutes past my appointment time and again apologized via text and called twice. I asked once again if she would see me in text and left a message on her phone and Dotti never responded. This is a joke of a business. Nowhere on the voucher does it state that the owner will refuse business if you are 6 minutes late to an appointment. I am contacting groupon for a refund and reporting this business to the better business bureau. Treat people decently, be transparent about location and service refusal because as far as I'm concerned you are an embarrassment to your industry and to Groupon services. And now I am left to drive 45 mins home after paying money for a service that was never rendered. Very immature & unprofessional. read more

The owner-operator Dottie is not only a wizard with wax, she's a warm hearted person with a lovely personality. I don't know how she does it, but her waxing is nearly pain free with flawless results. I would recommend seeing Dottie to anyone. Be aware that she has a busy studio, please be respectful of her time and other customers. She reasonably asks you to be five (5) minutes early to ensure she can take care of your needs. However, if you're more than five (5) minutes late, you'll have to reschedule. I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule my appointment for a waxing service. After waiting on a return call and dealing out the rest via text I was confirmed/scheduled for an appt on Thursday 4/21 at 5 pm. The date was crucial cause I had a very important event coming up and heading out of town. That Thursday at around 2 pm I get a text confirming my appointment for Friday! Clearly puzzled and thinking this must be a typo I responded with the correction and proceeded to have to go back/forth via text getting slow responses that clearly pointed out that Dottie had scheduled me incorrectly. Unfortunately she did not seem eager to keep her commitment due to her error and was more eager to just refund my Groupon and leave me scrambling for service. The whole ordeal I felt was very unprofessional, stressful and I wound up not only having to search endlessly for another appointment/business to schedule me last minute (which almost didn't happen), losing work hours over all this and having to go elsewhere and paying full price but only getting refunded a Groupon and not my money which I now needed. All in all not a happy camper and feel this "business" needs to learn the basics of running such before proceeding any further down the line. While I cant comment on the actually waxing service it could have been handled better I feel. read more
