Came here for window tinting. The owner, Rudy was very helpful. He offered the appropriate tinting for what I wanted in the side and front windows. His prices were fair, as they were lower than other auto detailing places in the area. I came in on a Tuesday and he was able to fit me in that same week. This was super helpful because I am going on an expedition to cottonwood Arizona next week. Not only did the tints help block some of the intense sun, but Rudy also touched up the exterior paint free of charge! It is a small operation, but I was very satisfied with my visit. I recently was given a 1990 Miata that belonged to my father. The car was garaged for 30 years, but needed a little bit of love. I mistakenly ran it through a brushless car wash (thinking no brushes, no damage...ugh) and the chemicals scarred the paint job. It almost looked like acid was poured on her. I brought her to Sport Auto and they were able to fit me in the next morning. They buffed out all of the chemical damage. I will be taking her back in a couple of months to get a ceramic coating. Let me tell you a story about a man named Rudy. Rudy was once a little kid at the age of 16 aspiring to be a professional soccer player. This kid trained with the Argentinian team and eventually was offered a contract at the age of 17. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, however, he had to give up his dream and pursue new endeavors. Now, let me tell you a little about myself. I just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago and bought a car just before moving. After having it shipped over, it was obviously dirty. My father and I went in to talk to Rudy seeing as his shop had good reviews on Yelp and Google. We were quoted an extremely reasonable and competitive price for a full detail and so we set up a time with Rudy for the car to be dropped off. I work until about 5-5:30 and his shop closes at 5. However, this was not an issue for Rudy as he graciously offered to wait as long as we needed for me to get there. I ended up reaching the shop at 5:45 and apologized for the lateness, but was repeatedly met with exclamations of "oh no worries man! I'm glad you could make it" followed by questions about how my first day of work had been. After this, my dad and I talked to Rudy for about another 30 mins about his life and his soccer story and then about my life and how I got to where I am today. Throughout the whole conversation, all I could think was "wow, this guy is just amazing!" But on the day my car gets detailed, and I also got to learn about monsoon season in Arizona the hard way. Just after getting the car detailed, I was about to drive it back in heavy rain. Rudy called ahead, told me it was raining, and said "let me give you a free wash this week or next." Again, just wow. My red interior had been extremely dirty, but when I picked up the car, I couldn't even tell they'd ever been sat in. The paint on the outside was popping and the car looked more brand new than a car you'd see on a dealership lot. So we pick up the car, talk to Rudy for a little while longer about how his life is going, how our lives are going and get on with the day. Now its the week after, and I bring the car to Rudy to get the wash done. I am a huge car guy and so he offers to show me what he does and what materials he uses so that I can learn how to properly maintain the car. We make it a fun little event. Not to mention, one of my tires was low on pressure as I drove in, and he didn't hesitate to fill up the tire pressure with his own equipment immediately. After the wash and tire pressure fill-up, we sat down in his office and talked for what must have been two hours...and I loved every second of it. We talked about topics ranging from places to visit to his childhood stories to his family to my childhood stories. Man, what a great guy. Rudy went from just being one of the first businessmen I met here to someone that I'd definitely consider my friend! I'd recommend his work to anyone looking for nothing short of exceptional quality and the friendliest customer service. Plus, you get to meet a professional soccer player! Rudy, I hope you see this, because you, sir, are really special. Rudy is truly the best. I chose to go through him seeing his 5 star reviews and felt like I could trust him with my baby. After a call with him and explaining what I was looking for he gave me a fair price. He told me he sees a lot of classic cars and unique cars so I felt comfortable with him taking on my Honda Civic Type R. When I dropped it off he showed me one he did a few weeks back (Crystal black pearl Type R) it looked amazing so I was excited to see the results. I am super paranoid and OCD about my car. I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and all the service members were wanting to get into my car and rev it (dash cam) this experience jaded me. Rudy was super patient with me and understood this car is my baby. I asked Rudy to clean the undercarriage, the engine bay, interior and exterior. He's a true professional, I made sure he knew how to clean alcantara and the balance of the car for his two post lift. He handled all my questions in good spirits! (Sorry Rudy!) He told me this would be an all day affair, I dropped it off at 8:00am and picked it up at 4:40pm. I called halfway through the day to check in and make sure things were going ok, he told me the estimated pick up time and asked if I wanted to keep the car on the lift so I can see the undercarriage. I enthusiastically said "Yes!" I haven't cleaned the undercarriage in at least a year and a half and thought this would be a great starting point rather than kneeling on the ground to get a peek underneath. Upon arriving I saw my car on the lift and Rudy greeted me letting me know everything went well. While looking underneath I examined it with intense scrutiny. They went all out on it and I couldn't find ANY bit of dirt or debris in any control arm or even the front/rear sub frame. The stickers for the part numbers underneath were white as day brand new as if it had just been assembled on the factory line! This set the tone for everything else, the interior was amazing with plastic liners protecting the front floor mats. It smelled amazingly clean, all the windows were clear as day and the exterior paint was as smooth as glass. It wasn't all business however as me and Rudy talked a bit about cars. He's obviously a car enthusiast and I'm so glad I chose to go with him. I will be bringing my truck to him next and all my other vehicles as well as my Type R once a year. Thanks again Rudy for putting up with me! I had anxiety all day waiting to see my car again and you were patient and understanding the entire time. Brought my new BMW to Rudy's shop as I always trust them. Originally was just planning to buff out bird shit mark but eventually I decided to go with a full detail. As summer is coming, I guess my car needs more protection on paint. Most importantly I knew Rudy would make my car look great. I set up appointment easily with Rudy, dropped off my car in the morning and came back after work. Although I knew they were going to do a great job, I was still amazed. It looks 10 times better than when I pick it up from BMW dealership. Literally like a showroom car. It totally made my day again. It's the real detail, everything you can think of is taken care of. They clean spots where other detail shops wouldn't even care. These guys are highly professional, and detail oriented. Great job by Rudi and his folks to clean up the 2011 97k mile Honda Pilot I acquired from my son. A bottle of olive oil had been spilled on the passenger seat, the vehicle had been used to cart 5 kids around and driven to and fro to horse trials. He may charge a little more than some other shops, but I believe you get what you pay for. The Pilot is now immaculate. I also wanted to have it done in a covered shop rather than by a mobile team at my house, because as he mentioned when the fabric drys up overnight and after the wet clean and vac dry - sometimes more stains appear. I've been looking for a go-to detail shop in the Scottsdale area for a couple of months. Rudy was highly responsive and honest, while charging fair prices for their work. Recently, I needed some light paint correction on one door of my car. Another shop quoted me $500 and overprescribed extensive work that required repainting the whole door. Rudy took a quick look and determined that he could fix it with some polishing for $100. He did most of the work himself, and the results were perfect. read more

Rudy is a magician! On top of that he's a truly nice guy who is clearly in love with his craft. We took a 2012 BMW 5 series with serious hard water damage to the driver side, interior dirt and stains on carpet and trims, and wheels and engine that have made two trips across the ocean to and from Maui in the last 2 years without more than a gas station car wash. Rudy not only took care of that he made the car look showroom new. He missed no detail and was proud to present us our car back and walk us through what he did. I finally found people I can trust! I have only written a few reviews in my life, sorry it is long but I had to share my experience here with Rudy and Tyler. I had spent tons of money over the years listening to specialty detailers tell me they can remove the oxidization on my boat. Each season another "expert" with a different opinion and story as to why they're better and every time a waste of money! I love my boat, it's our family time all summer long and in really good shape but the black gelcoat had taken a beating from so many years in the sun. I decided I was going to give it one more shot before giving up and Rudy brought my boat back to life! I was immediately impressed with Rudy's personable but professional demeanor and his honesty when we met for the first time. I brought the boat to him so he could see first-hand what was needed. The news wasn't good but it was the truth. He explained every detail of what was needed and also all of the processes that wouldn't work (which I had wasted money on in the past). He and Tyler must have spent over an hour with me walking through the different areas that needed different kinds of work and what exactly they would do. He was very up front about spending the time and money to do it the right way. Yes, it was more expensive than I had planned but at least I understood why and what I would get for my money. Needless to say, Rudy and Tyler did and absolutely incredible job! I was still nervous from my many failed attempts in the past and had stopped by their shop a few times just to see how it was going (I didn't need it for a couple weeks and was able to leave it with them). Each time I received the same friendly welcome and honest walk-thru on how things were going. I could tell a couple times that the project was probably even more work than they thought as they had to keep sanding deeper in areas to remove oxidization and you never really know how bad it is until you get going. But they never took a shortcut, complained or asked for more money, they treated it like their own boat which I really appreciated. You know you're with the right people when I called Rudy for an update and he was at the hospital about to have a baby and still answered his phone! I stopped by the next day to pick something up and he came down to meet me just to provide and update. This is someone that cares about his customers (then I told him I'm great and to get back home to his family!) Only someone with years of experience, patience, and passion for their work could have done what Rudy was able to do. I recall stopping by once and seeing him with his mask on and just covered in buffing compound. I can't say enough about Tyler either. He has such a great personality and willingness to help. He made me excited again about my boat looking great again that I had long lost. He was eager to get to work on it and wasn't dreading the obvious intense labor coming his way. Each time I saw him he was busting his butt in the shop even when he was alone. That's what I call integrity at work. Not only did he pull off miracles with Rudy on the gel coat work but when I picked up the boat he had detailed the entire interior and trailer too! I don't mean a simple surface cleaning either, he spent time in all of the hidden and hard to reach places only us owners know about, conditioned the seats, polished aluminum, the works! I can honestly say my boat looks as good now as it did 20 years ago! Yes, that's right, it was 20 years in the sun and it now looks amazing! Btw, I thought I had submitted this review months ago when they did the work and must have messed up since I'm redoing it now. But I can now tell you after having it out all summer long that it still looks incredible and we get compliments all the time on how clean the boat looks. I generally don't like recommending places to people because I don't want to feel responsible if things aren't great. I have and will continue sending every person I know to Rudy and Tyler knowing they'll be taken care of like family, like they did with me. Usually I'm too cheap to spend the money to have my car detailed (lol) but, as I am putting my car up for sale, I decided it would be a good investment. I was given Rudy's name from a friend so I decided to give him a try. I'm so glad I did!!!! My black car looks absolutely amazing!!!! I've never seen it look this good! I don't trust many places with my cars but I was completely blown away by the work he does and his ability to restore the interior and exterior of cars.
