He uses a lotion instead of straight oil, so you won't walk out a greaseball! You'll discuss what you're wanting to work on and pressure for the session. Patrick is very communicative to ensure your comfort and is a pro with the sheeting. Where he shines is his unique technique, which I can only say is different than any other massage I've ever had. He skillfully stretches as he massages. According to comfort level, he can target glutes and pecs as well, which I love since I've been working out. Lastly, if you book 3 appointments (can be up to 3 months between each), you get a significant savings on the rate. As in, you'd get multiple massages for the price some of the spas giving one-size-fits all massages by a rotating roster of random staff are charging for one!
