In addition to Karate techniques they also instill discipline, and good citizenship, as well as common sense and safety issues. The cost, while steep is well worth it, and when my youngest is a little older I'll definitely enroll her as well. Would (and have) without any hesitation reccommend.

I travel a lot for work and I train in various martial arts. I dropped in here to take party in their sparring session. It was a fantastic technique based spar. I was a complete new face in the gym and they new I was only there for one day but they could not have been more welcoming. Terry and Christina, the owners, are fantastic people. They teach a technique tree called superfoot. It's tricky but crazy effective. They were pretty patient with me as they thought me the basic concepts. LOVE this place. Will definitely come back if I'm in town again.
