I was pretty nervous, but it helped that there were all shapes, sizes, ages, men, women and a few kids! By the time I left my first class I was so proud of what I'd accomplished! A little back story...I've always been able to build muscle in my upper body, but destroyed my knee when I was a kid...so lower body and cardio have been a challenge. I'm also a foodie, so the combo of loving food and no cardio...well, I tend to yo-yo a bit! Enter Title Boxing, May of 2015...I was 44 years old, in decent shape but I needed a kick in the pants! I got one! And happily, I was able to do just about all of the exercises even with my physical "limitations"! I still have to modify some stuff...that's just the way it is, you can't let it stop you! And after a year and a half at Title, I haven't stopped! I'm a complete addict! My cardio is...honestly the best it's ever been. I can't even explain to you how pleased I am with my lung capacity! Also, given we are in covid, I must mention the gym was clean, Jordan was conciliatory to maintain social distancing when we had our masks off and everyone sanitizes their equipment thoroughly.
